My only requests/suggestions as a returning guest who is broke in a mixed use retirement community waiting for her SSDI and STD.... 1) Offer a discount for refills with same cup/reusable cups; 2) Offer DECAF and HOT WATER at the coffee station???; 3) Offer friendly GUESTS in local hotels (with keys???) a buy (7(?) Get one free) coffee/tea/breakfast deal; 4) Offer maybe a community "P(l)ay It Forward" corkboard for patrons to purchase treats for visitors without cash/cards. 5) Develop relationships with local hotels/motels??? The food is consistently good the service and staff always efficient and nice. I was goin through a very hard time in my life and was walking to all my appointments and i came in to pay for a cup of water and lemon and a lot of times they didn't except the small amount of coins i offered them.
