I was so completely surprised and impressed by the extra time and concern they took when there were issues in my apartment with the cat scratching a new rug while I was away for about a month - they suggested solutions, unpacked new scratching pads and used deterrent spray and kept me updated every day with photos and messages. They also vacuum often, water my house plant and plant seeds to grow new kitty grass every week or so when the previous batch got old and eaten. I often travel to the other side of the world so my time away is more than just a few days, knowing my cat and apartment are being taken care of is a huge weight off my mind. Despite the "no-cat" visits, and occasional photo of a ginger ball of fear under the couch this wonderful couple take their job caring for her very seriously and are very respectful to keep their distance.

During the initial consultation, Wendy did a very thorough job taking notes on any conditions or concerns regarding my dog along with emergency contacts/vet info/dietary restrictions/etc. It's evident that her number one priority is the safety and well being of every dog she looks after. He put up with my crazy​ and emailed us daily updates on our two girls. He did a great job cleaning the litter box and changed the pad when it needed to be changed (we use the Breeze system).
