The room itself was very clean and comfortable, making it a good environment to learn and complete the training. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was access to the facility. The person responsible for opening the suites did not arrive on time, which caused a delay for my appointment. I called the number provided, and although they attempted to reach her, she did not answer. I also tried calling multiple times with no response. The Safety Training Seminar member I spoke with over the phone mentioned they could reschedule me for a later time if needed since they could not reach her and were unsure of why the suite was closed. She eventually answered my call, this being after 9:30 AM, stating she was sick and had just opened. While I understand things happen, it was frustrating having to wait and ask nearby businesses for help especially when someone mentioned this isn't the first time the door hasn't been unlocked and she " tends to forget " so I'm not sure how true her statement of being sick was especially since she answered my call extremely rude and then hung up I hope this issue is addressed moving forward, as the training itself and the facility were otherwise good.

As a college student, I believed I was registering and paying for the AHA-certified course. I completed the online modules and in-person skills test only to discover I'd been actually switched and enrolled in a generic "STS CPR & First-Aid" class--not the promised AHA Heartsaver course. Then came the gut punch: they wanted an extra $40 for the exact AHA certification I thought I'd already purchased. It felt like a textbook bait-and-switch. What's worse, their checkout process did not clearly communicate there would be a hidden add-on. Everything suggested the full AHA package was included. Their deceptive tactics ruined what should have been a simple and transparent process. The lack of transparency is downright unfair and unprofessional. That said, I must give credit where it's due: their team refunded my initial payment, and Danielle from customer service was at least pleasant and responsive. But being nice doesn't excuse their misleading practices. If I'm going to trust a CPR training center, I expect honesty--especially when it's advertised so prominently on their site. If you need the legitimate AHA Heartsaver CPR & First Aid certification, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF and go ANYWHERE else. Safety Training Seminars' misleading marketing and hidden fees cost me both time and peace of mind. I can't imagine recommending them to anyone

My son completed all three driving sessions with instructor Ken - He was amazing. Each time my son…read morereturned from his driving session, someone will ask how his driving session went, and it was always a positive feedback. Nothing negative to say. Ken also took him on the freeway, which was also a positive in my book. I also booked Ken for his DMV driving test. Yes it cost money, but it was worth it. He passed on his first try for his driving test with only 2 errors (errors were - "don't make too short / wide of a turn" and "don't under steer"). All communications with the driving school was done thru emails only, which I didn't mind. I prefer to keep track of all conversations via email in case I need to reference back to something. Each driving session that my son completed, I received an email showing what they worked on and how he did. Would I recommend the school? Yes, and definitely book with Ken. Side note - As a parent, I watched where my son drove each time by keeping track of him on my iPhone using the "Find my Friend" app. P.S. - I originally book my son's first 2 hours with another school, didn't get a good feedback. I feel like buying the book is a Moneygrab!!!! and that's really really unfortunate that they would do that. The class is expensive enough as it is.
