The atmosphere was elegant, the food was delicious, and the event staff handled everything professionally and efficiently. The only issue I experienced was with the parking service. I has been planning my daughters Sweet 18, but I was having the hardest time find a hall my daughter loved and I could get for a reasonable price. I met Christina, the owner and she was AMAZING!!! She took a weight off my shoulders. Her floor manager, Rigo was so helpful the night of. The serving crew were on top of things and my pocket wasn't hurting at the end of the night. The food is delicious, your guest will come for seconds if not 3rds. They all work with you and make your vision come to life without the pressure on you. They got your back. I hosted my daughter's quinceañera at this venue... The food was excellent, good security and valet parking. Christime is very helpful, patient and understanding ( love her) . The reason I dont give it a 5 star it's because either the AC was not working or they would not turn it on. The bartender was rude to me , my husband and my mom... til he realized that we were hosting the event. ( not nice) Overall, it's a great place... We held our daughter's Debut (18th Birthday) here at Grand Banquet Hall last weekend. I have to say that we made an perfect choice for our venue. After searching, asking for quotes, checking out the places, we finally found Grand Banquet Hall and after speaking with Shawn the first time we met, we placed a deposit to lock in our date. Shawn explained everything to us in detail the packages they offer and I have to mention the Grand Package was cheaper than other venues we got a quote for. Perfect choice for the package as we didn't need to worry about too much since the grand package included almost everything we needed. During and after the event, all we got were very positive feedbacks from our guests. From how beautiful the place looked, the bathroom were kept clean throughout the night, how the food tasted excellent, and how Shawn and the service staff provided EXCELLENT service. Shawn was on top of everything and checked on us throughout the night to make sure if there was anything we needed, that was so nice of him.
