First visit and I was genuinely impressed! The size is just right -- not so big that you're…read moreconstantly chasing your toddler around, but spacious enough that kids have plenty to explore. I loved that you can see both sides of the play area from the seating section, which made it easy to keep an eye on my little one while still enjoying some time with friends. There are about 10 square tables in the middle, perfect for groups. Admission is $30 per child for 3 hours, which feels a bit steep, but each kid gets a free pair of branded non-slip socks -- a nice touch! Adult socks are available for $2 a pair if you need them. Everyone removes their shoes at the front gate and either goes barefoot or wears socks throughout. Shoes go in cubbies provided near the entrance. A huge bonus -- you're welcome to bring your own food and drinks (just keep them out of the actual play area). They also have a small fridge stocked with sodas and Capri Suns for $2 each, plus dry snacks and candy available for purchase if you need a quick bite. Worth noting they also have a small menu with pizza if you don't want to bring your own food, though I can't speak to the pricing or variety. The space was clean, cool, and air-conditioned, and not overly crowded. I noticed staff sanitizing tables and tidying the play areas throughout our visit, which I really appreciated. The one bathroom has two toilets and a double vanity, so it works well for families. My only suggestion would be to add corner bumpers to all the tables -- only every other one had them. Other than that and the price, it was a great experience. We'll definitely be back!

It's not the biggest indoor playground I've visited, but there is plenty for the kids to do! The play areas are clean and feel new. It's pretty easy to keep an eye on your kiddo here because there are lots of clear spaces/windows to look into the playground even if they are climbing in the upper area. My son loved the little machine that moves the balls up and down. I haven't seen anything like that at an indoor playground before! There is plenty of seating available and you can bring your own food inside. They have a small selection of snacks for sale and a free coffee station! Genius. It's $30 for entry which is a little steep but that's not far off from what other places charge. I would definitely come back.

They do have some optional music and art classes you can pay for, but the drop-in play, story time, and community vibe are all free. It's filled with toys, books, and a big "treehouse" with a slide that the kids love. The staff and volunteers are always so kind and welcoming. Some days can get a little crowded, but other days it's super mellow. They switch things up with different activities for the kids and also offer a ton of helpful resources for parents. I personally like the Canoga Park location more than the Tarzana one. It feels a little more intimate and homey. They're open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 to 12, closed for lunch from 12 to 1, and then open again from 1 to 4. They usually do story time around 11 which has become a favorite part of our visits. I've met so many amazing moms here and even met our incredible nanny through this space. It's a special place to watch your little one develop and build social skills while being part of a warm and supportive community.

While minor, harmless actions by my child are constantly criticized, similar behaviors from others seem to go unnoticed. It feels like we are being singled out, which creates a very unwelcoming and uncomfortable environment." Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. There is a noticeable bias in how different families are treated. Being constantly scrutinized for things that are ignored when done by others is unfair and makes for an unpleasant experience. I hope the management addresses this lack of equality."

I came to check out the cute indoor kiddie play area. They did not have a posted menu or printed…read moremenus, why? We had to go online to see the menu to order. I would recommend they print out menus with pictures especially for the Armenian pastries. It's not that pricey to print out menus and laminate then. I decided to try the Armenian pastries as have never had them. I ordered the fried beef patty and the beef Armenian pizza. The pizza is more of a thin crust flat bread than pizzza as it does not have cheese. I personally prefer the Latin empanada to the fried pastry. Also tried the cream puff- ok but not worth the $3.50. The chocolate croissant was bready than flakely as it should be. Other people in my party ordered the standard sandwiches and salads. They were happy with the salads for the most part. It seemed like the cheese pizza, wrapped hot dogs and sandwiches were ok. The changing a station is located in the single stall children's bathroom, why? It was busy so I ended up changing my baby on the sink in the women's bathroom. I recommend that they install a changing table in the women's bathroom also. They only have 2 high chairs so if you come with a large group, bring youur own bumbo chaIrs instead. The plastic chairs in the party room were pretty but seemed fragile. I would recommend that they buy more high chairs from ikea that are affordable and easy to clean for their clientele. The kiddos seemed to enjoy the spacious kiddie area. No it's not for kids to visit for free while you buy pastries. They charge $13 per child. Bring socks to run around in the kiddie area.
