If I can give them 0 stars we would have. No one was here, staff was non existent and we unhelpful. Do not do your event here's. They are great in the sell but no FOLLOW THROUGH. they were late and non of the set up promised was presented. They are cheats, DO NOT USE THIS VENUE OR THE EVENT COMPANY! Missing chairs missing silverware and no space. The plates and tables had ants! They pressure you to rent the tent but didn't fix it. The rain wasn't the problem. The complete lack of preparation and communication was. There was no clear rain plan, no adequate protection for guests or the bride and groom, and no plan communicated for guest safety once the rain started. Staff didn't arrive until 3:30 PM for a 4:00 PM ceremony. Decorations weren't set up, the bar was still being assembled, and family and friends were left scrambling to do the venue's job. The bridal room wasn't available at the agreed time, was being used for storage, had inadequate lighting and ventilation, and the family had to purchase fans and lighting themselves. The family even had to clean walkways and bathrooms beforehand. Communication was a disaster. Multiple people--Victor, Marie, Jorge, Griselda, and Katty--were involved, yet nobody seemed to clearly own the responsibility. The couple didn't receive meaningful coordination until three days before the wedding. Even the included bartender came with a $3,000 bar charge that wasn't clearly explained. A wedding should be a celebration, not a day of stress, anxiety, and emergency damage control. If you're considering this venue, get everything in writing, know exactly who is responsible for what, and then find another venue. read more

Complete lack of preparation and communication from Victor to us and the vendors was a major problem for this wedding event. All the vendors were great and tried to do their job, however the cancer that spread here was the venue coordinator Victor. His pride and ego prevented the preparation from flowing. He wanted things to be his way only. If planning an event here please do not deal with this guy. I was talking to the groundskeeper a very nice gentleman, and he said he had no problem letting us in at 8am (the day before the wedding) to come and set up for the event since nothing had been set up and clean the place since it had not been cleaned either. Specifically, the restrooms. They were HORRENDOUS! However, Victor said no entry until 10am otherwise there will be a fee. A day away from the wedding and nothing had been done. And here we have family members willing to do the work that Victor failed to plan. You'd think he would let us in early, but his ego said not til 10am. Furthermore, since rain was expected for the day of the event, we had to set up professional canopies. Victor was not able to provide sufficient canopies to keep guests dry. The groundskeeper told us they had extra canopies just sitting in storage that we could use. After all the stress and headache Victor caused us by not providing sufficient canopies, he still wanted to charge us a fee to use those canopies in storage. Fortunately, one of the vendors had some flimsy pop-up canopies that we were able to use. Nevertheless, it kept guests somewhat dry. Lastly, just hours before the wedding guests arrived, the bathrooms were still HORRENDOUS. We texted Victor about this situation and he replied, WE NEED TO FOCUS ON OUR EVENT AND NOT THE RESTROOMS. Guests were now arriving and the bartenders were just getting started setting up their station. (By the way, we bought premium tequila for the guests only if they asked for premium. We later found out the bartenders were using our premium tequila on all alcoholic drinks instead of their own tequila). The beautiful view that our guests saw as they walked through the entrance was the DJ - also setting up his station. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I truly feel that the wedding couple are owed some refund. There are many more negative things I can comment about but just know that Victor single handedly caused all this bad experience. read more

Such a beautiful place to have an event. It's a large venue. A friend invited us to her birthday party it was definitely a great spot. A lot of green art, clean bathrooms and a lot of room to create and decorate. Also, plenty of partaking. Not sure about the pricing but two people already have me a large estimate of the venue. I would give this place zero stars if I could. While I was happy to attend my friend's daughter's wedding and see old friends, the customer service was absolutely horrible. Before driving to the venue, I called to ask if the event would be held inside or outside, as the weather forecast predicted rain and I wanted to dress accordingly. After my friends didn't pick up, I called the main line. The man who answered was incredibly rude and made no effort to help me. He clearly doesn't understand the basics of customer service. Giving this place 1 starts only because it is a very large pretty place but we had a HUGE problem. When I brought it up to one of the people in charge. I got the run around. Here's my experience: My sister got married and used this venue June 1st. Again beautiful place but very disappointed that the food ran out before guests even finished eating (we even had 15-20 guests that ended up not being able to join us in that day, so there should have been more food since less guests) Dinner service was from either 5/5:30-7. I had to leave for something we forgot, once I came back, the LAST 2 tables were called for food. My cousin, boyfriend and I went to get food right after the last 2 tables got food and were told that there was nothing left aside from salad, rice, potato's and very little meat (2 cubed size pieces for each). What was upsetting is that it was only about 6/6:15 when dinner was suppose to be till 7. A cousin went to get food about 20min after me and they gave him chicken skin and bones with sauce left over from a dish NO MEAT (later to find out it they bought food 4 less chicken and served him that) . What was the most disappointing was that the servers were eating full plates with pasta, multiple types of meats (even though our guests were told they could only choose 1 protein) while we were told there was no food. About 30- 45min AFTER I ate, went to the bar and saw a server taking a very loaded plated to the bar tenders, again fully loaded with food that I never even saw because "there was no more food". How was it that our guest went to go get food, during the designated food time and told there was no food but the servers and vendors were saved and served food. I called one of the guys my mom and sister were in contact with and explained to him how disappointed and embarrassed we are that some of our guest did not eat while I saw servers and vendors eating more and better than my guests. I am 100% for vendors eating because they deserve it but not before all our guests have eaten or before our designated hour is over. He said that there is usually extra food and so it won't get wasted the servers are allowed to eat. I called him out and asked him how was it left over food if they were eating before our guests did or service was over. He then proceeded to tell me that he never said that and that I miss understood, even though I CLEARY heard him since that was a BS excuse that through me over the edge. All he kept saying was that we didn't order enough food, that they have never had this problem and that supposedly only 4 plates weren't touched (again even though about 20people didn't show and some people spend the afternoon at the bar). He never once acknowledges the fact that I saw servers with my own 2 eyes eating while guest being told there's no food and I saw the fully loaded plates going the bartenders and the bare tenders eating food that most people NEVER SAW, since again "there was no more food". I finally lost it and told him that they are completely "f***ing unprofessional" and he told me I was unprofessional for using that language, but I don't need to be professional, it's not my business it's his. We paid for a guests and if we are unhappy with the service we PAID for, or unhappy with how they are handling things, I have the right to voice my frustrations. He led to saying that there was no point of talking or arguing with me and then hung up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED. PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND MAKE SURE ANY LITTLE DETAIL YOU TALK ABOUT, THAT ITS IN THE CONTACT BECAUSE THEY WILL GO BACK ON THEIR WORD (another issue I didn't even mention in this post). read more

The renter Mark and his wife are rude and have an attitude that isn't shown until after you put down a deposit. Decent place to have your event. We attended a weeding there we thought it was nice. Not sure how the schedule thing works with food or if they are in charge but when they say 7pm that's it. No more lol. The 4 stars is due to the parking lot. If I can give them zero stars I would be very careful they canceled my event one day before just because they kept changing things in the contract and when I finally spoke up the guy Victor and his wife Magdalena became very upset and started talking to me like I was getting my event for free they are very unprofessional and he has the nerve to curse and disrespect people. I never really bother writing reviews for places, but the service that we were given was such a disappointment , that I felt the need to share to help prevent another couple from going through the trouble of having there big party here. The people that run this place look for any excuse to constantly alter prices and look for things to charge you more. They "conveniently" forget the prices they so call "honor" and give you a hard time, even with a written contract in hand! The only reason we stayed with the venue is because they would not give us back our deposit, even though the pandemic originally shut down our 1st original party date in 2020. Victor Duran is a joke. This entire place is ran by a family that only cares about money. He is very rude and does not make you feel like you are being taken care of. His service is awful. We are your client, you are suppose to reassure us that we are in good hands, and instead you made us dread the entire process. It got to the point that we told our wedding coordinator to just keep him away. You pay thousands of dollars to go see an absurd amount of trash all over the venue ground the night before your wedding day. We found empty beer bottles/cans in bushes and trees the day before our party. There was a gross amount of cigarette buds all over the ground, as well as broken plastic everywhere. There is a fountain that is filled with green algae that they couldn't even bother cleaning for the party. The bathrooms were repulsive. They had two porta potties that were cleaner than the restrooms they have on ground. And get this, you have to provide your own toilet paper... Thousands of dollars, and yet you can't even provide toilet paper? They did not show up on time the day before the wedding to set-up when we were told that they would. There was very little employee's on hand. One security guard who was very old, not sure what he would have done, all he did was sit there and pretty much sleep. (Not that we needed security, but I mean come on...) There was only two waiters, neither of them picked up the finished dinner plates until the very end. They hardly have any trash cans around, which probably explains why the party before us left all there crap on the ground. I could honestly go on and on, but it is just so disheartening. I will never recommend this place to anyone. All of the guests at our wedding were told, that although the venue "looks somewhat nice" at night, the service provided and the entire process leading up to the actual date was a complete nightmare. After a very optimistic mind set even though I paid a large amount of money for just the location and they have so many rules and regulations that it makes you feel like they are the ones paying you to have the event there... I figured it will all work out I have all my bases covered. Well I was in for a huge surprise and disappointment! We spoke with Felix the coordinator there and set everything up with him he assured us that we could have a live band and a DJ and long as we kept out music at a certain level which they would let us know was. Well the police showed up to start messing with us at 6:30 PM after our event had just started at 5 pm... no one from the premises came out to see what was going on I had to handle the police myself. We had to completely take all the speakers away from the band and the DJ had to turn the music down to a ridiculous level!!! After the cops left I kept seeing an older man running in and out of the ranch and just messing with our band telling them to turn the music down or off. Later I came to find out it was the owner... he had no business there since I did not make any deals with him at all... it looked real tacky him just walking around like he had a problem with everyone... well after a couple of hours the police came back my band was shut down an hour early and I lost an hour of play I had already payed for which was very expensive... my part was suppose to be over at 1130 but realistically it was over at 930 and my guests were all very confused and somewhat upset beacuse they were there to party. Bottom line VERY VERY negative experience we spent a very large amount of money on our celebration and it was all ruined because this place could not give us proper communication! read more
