He went over and above what was promised and left the interior shining. The folk who finished up the drying were meticulous as well. The person at the cash in and out was also kind and helpful. Terrifying place. They guy who drove my car through the bay (one of the 'owners') drove it up onto one of the guide rails and destroyed my rear suspension... it literally came out in pieces with the rear coil snapped and ceasing the rear wheel. They tried to cover it up and wouldn't let me see the security camera footage which they reviewed themselves. After the tow truck and repairs I am out several thousand dollars. read more

This is the most terribly run business I have been to in years. Made an appointment well in advance to get my car detailed. The website says it will be 1 hour and 45 minutes. I arrive, and they said no, it will be a minimum of 4 hours. I mentioned I had an appointment and that their website states it will be less than two hours. The woman who works in the office tells me the website is a lie and there is no plan on updating it. She tries to tell me "the condition of my car" is the reason - no pets, no children, nothing really to clean other than a vacuum. I tried calling the business for three straight days to confirm my appointment and also emailed them. No Response, and after about 10 phone calls, no one picked up the phone. Mail box full. I had to go to my mechanic for repair and the manager told me the staff was just randomly pushing buttons in my car until they broke. Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. I asked for a 15 dollar car wash and they ended up charging me 49.99. When I asked why they said that they had Cleaned the inside of my truck as well. I said ok, if that's the case I'll pay it even though I wasn't asked about cleaning the inside. I just had my car done here. It was and "in and out " quickie. When I got home I redid the interior and touched up the exterior. The vacuuming was not satisfactory at all. I would say it was very slap dash. When I called to complain after getting home and realizing what a poor job they did, they told me it was a quickie so just a quick wipe down the middle. And a quick vacuum job. No apologies, just "that's your choice not to come back". I do not own pets and i don't have kids so this car was not that dirty to begin with. Went there after work for an interior/exterior car wash, bought the mid-range package which included interior/exterior wash & vaccuum. Terrible job. Windows were dirty, the seats did not appear to be vaccumed well & they are leather. Would not go back, $30 down the drain. We were in/out of there in under 7 minutes - now you know why. If you're looking for a place that does a great job, try the car detailing service at the corner of O'Connor and St. Clair, they're fast & they do a great job, prices are great. read more

Stay away from this place. They will scam you and when they clean the inside, they will literally clean you out of anything that is not nailed down. They are thieves. They advertise $10.99 for outside, then when you get to the cash they will charge you for inside and out. You tell them you didn't want that and to stop them and they will say it is too late. Fortunately for me I don't mind screaming in public places. I gave them 30 seconds to fix the bill or I would be leaving. This is not the only time it happened, it happened once prior. I also had a lot of things over the last year go missing. Sunglasses, gift cards in the glove box, loonies out of my cash tray etc... When I told friends about what was happening they all laughed and said this place is known for this. This would be a good place for Yelp to have one of their parties, they tend to have them at places that shouldn't be in business. I've been here many times for car washes and they do a great job outside and inside if they are not busy. Today I got here and the place wasn't busy and decided to get the mini-detail #5 also wanted them to shampoo the drivers side carpet since when I lifted out the moulded mats there was salt from last winter under it so spent the extra $20 for the shampoo -so all in it cost $69.98 for the detail, $20 for the shampoo and tax - came to $102.68. Took about 45 minutes which was not bad. There is a subway shop attached to the car was with wifi and they have a waiting room without wifi. All the people working here are very nice - what a crumy job to clean someone elses messy car ! So my complimnets to them for being so nice and good at their job. I watched many cars come out of the car wash and they were all clean and not one customer was unhappy with the work. When my car was ready they showed me everythibg to make sure i was please and considering my car was a disaster inside I'm so thankful at the job they performed Great car wash !! Bad service, expensive and juat bad service! I do not recommend anyone to this carwash. I brought my car here for an in and out wash and vaccum and also paid extra to shampoo barf in the back seat. I paid around $57.00. The exterior wash was fine but they ran the vaccum around the interior very quick that nothing hardly was sucked up, and the extra shampooing I paid for was half assed when I still fo u nd some barf along the side of the seat. When I said to one of the staff that it was not clean, he didn't speak English and called for someone else. I told that person that my back seat was not clean and he said that's what I paid for and if I wanted it more clean then I would have to pay more. I was drawn to this car wash because of their prices for detailing a compact car however the manager told me that to shampoo my car (which is a very small Nissan Versa hatchback) it would be $200 instead of $150 because my car was not compact or even mid size, but a full sized car. Not sure how a little hatchback is priced the same as a large sedan?? Very rude attendant and would never go back here if someone were to pay for the services. I should have learnt my lesson when my wife had paid for a "VIP" package and had to return to have the job done again. Believing it was a one of situation and being a person that believes in a second chance, decided to have the VIP service. Well, lesson learned... they do not deliver what you pay for. This is a popular place for a fast wash, but, after getting there vip for $40 I found that my antenna was bent ( not anyone's fault but not great ) the inside of my van was wiped down like a teenager would.. there's still dirt / mud scuffs on the interior console. There's still some mud on the front lower bumper that the wash couldn't get, would it be to much for the guys to notice it and give it a quick wipe?? So, all and all next time, I'll take my vehicle to the Esso across the way pay the $12 to wash and vacuum myself and it will still be faster and cleaner. It's to bad I like seeing actual pple doing the job versus a machine. read more

Ugh - for $40, I think they do a good job of the inside and it's REALLY quick. I used to LOVE coming here, however, last time (3/26/2018), the man who usually does the intake (writes on the orange slip and drives your car into the garage) drove way too fast into the wheel track and I heard a big crunch. Of course, when I checked, there was damage under my car. The lady-boss just yelled at me "YOU NEED TO TELL US!! YOUR CAR IS TOO LOW!!!"; then she asked the other guy (who drove my car into the wheel track) to come talk to me. "It's not possible! The wheel well doesn't come up that high. It was damaged before!" The last time I did the VIP package, I was sorely disappointed. For $50, you'd think that, at the very least, the salt would have been vacuumed up. When I asked them to do so, I was met with a lot of attitude. The back seats weren't wiped down, nor were the doors (which apparently isn't part of the package). Needless to say, I think it was a waste of money and your better off heading elsewhere for better detailing. Terrible job washing the car, when I asked them to dry off the seats (front and back) from the overspray, the ragman grew exasperated. The floormats were still dirty, and the vacuuming occurred before the floormats were removed, so there was still a tremendous amount of crud and salt under my floormats. The outside of the car was covered with streaks. I wish Yelp would allow me to add photos of the car. I spent 20 minutes in line for a 5 minute wash. 30.00 for their "Super In/Out left me feeling far less than pleased with their work. Worst of all, they cracked my windshield. They claim they didn't, but it's very obvious that a horizontal something or other hit my windshield, generating a crack. I didn't see them actually crack it. The crack wasn't there before the car wash, but it was there immediately after. The manager insists there is simply no way their equipment could have cracked the window, but the glass repairman told me this is fairly common (breaks from car wash equipment. They didn't even offer me a re-wash after the dissatisfaction of the first wash, cracked window not withstanding. Me...I'd avoid this place. Was there two weeks ago for a Super in/out. I had left a $25 gift certificate for Hollywood Cone, which I purchased at the Oshawa Centre , left in the pouch behind the passenger seat that belonged to my daughter because she left it behind last time she visited Christmas time . Two weeks pass and went to grab it and give it to my daughter and it was gone . So upon noticing that it was I contacted Eastern - Leslie car wash to let them know , since they were the last person in my truck . Immediacy the receptionist was on the defence raising her voice and question my allegations . I told her I just wanted to make her aware that she has a thief working at the car wash . This place does an excellent machine wash combined with hand wash/polishing. Thorough detailing, tire dressing, under coating etc if you want it. Several packages from basic wash $16.98 to $69.98 for fantastic detailing and careful attention to everything. The people are nice and you can wait inside the Subway restaurant which is attached. read more
