Cute little coffee set in the heart of Granby where they roast coffee beans in house! Stopped in on the way to Granby Lake and ordered a double shot espresso with steaming milk and honey and it was only $3.50 which was amazing in comparison to several coffee places. Very cute on the inside chairs, large couches also several fresh daily baked items to choose from. The service was great and coffee was prompt, definitely recommend.

One of my favorite things to do when I travel is try local coffee shop's, ESPECIALLY if they roast their own. I will say, the service was meh - we were helped quickly but seemed like an inconvenience. Probably because we were blatantly not from the area, and they usually see more locals, who knows. It doesn't bother us BUT don't come in here wanting to see a huge, smiley face. Anyway, the coffee. THE COFFEE. LIKE WHAT. I've been a lot of places and like, this is some of the best I ever had. The barista made amazing drinks. I didn't even want to drink it all it was that good. If you're in the area looking for a coffee spot, this is it. Can you guys put a location in St. Louis?!? They also have a cool little back room with tons of casual seating and awesome views. Highly recommend.

This place checks all the boxes. The ambiance is fantastic. Really good size with lots of places to sit and relax, study, get work done, etc. Most importantly, the coffee is delicious. I am quite particular about my coffee and the flavors here are spot on. I tend to blended coffees and this always seems to be an issue especially when I travel. Most "niche" coffee shops do not offer blended drink for some reason beyond my comprehension. Regardless, they have BLENDED coffee. Texture and flavours are on point My wife and I came here twice during our two day stay. Hope to be back! Constructive criticism: Add a 24 or 30oz size for the blended drinks! Largest size is a 20oz, I had to get two drinks my second time! Oh finally, the brownies that are apparently made in house and are DELICIOUS. Plentiful with chocolate chips, fresh, soft and a must have. The wife also adds "the bagels are solid "

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful right from the start--especially when my wife was deciding what to order. They even suggested the option of getting a half burrito for half the price, which was a great tip and much appreciated. She went with the Mama's Burrito (with bacon), and I had the Christy Breakfast Burrito. We both had ours smothered in the green chile (pork) sauce--highly recommend. Both were excellent. The chorizo in the Christy was especially well done--full of flavor without being greasy. My wife loved hers, and the half portion ended up being perfect. We also had coconut lattes, which were smooth and really well balanced. Even though you order at the counter, the staff checked in on us several times, which added a nice personal touch. The space is bright and welcoming with lots of natural light. It's in a strip mall, but being on the end gives it a more open feel. The Southwest, slightly kitschy décor fits the vibe well. We noticed a steady stream of regulars and to-go orders, which says a lot. Places don't stay busy--or around this long--without doing things right. If you're anywhere near Granby, this place is absolutely worth a stop.

I also ordered the horchata which was one of the best I've had! Again, super big and shareable. Throw in some queso dip with the complimentary nachos and you will be set! Or just order the choices you prefer and I'm sure it will be good. The place had a calm and peaceful ambiance. Nothing too loud and we enjoyed good conversation over a meal.

Disappointing customer service…read more I stopped by for lunch with my medically trained service dog. I was told dogs were not allowed. I clarified that my dog was a service dog and that I would sit outside. After I said that, I was met with what felt like a cold response and was simply told, "ok." After I sat outside, the same server approached and said, "We don't allow dogs on the patio either." For a second time, I explained that my dog was not a pet but a service dog. The server then responded with something along the lines of, "If it really is, that's ok." At that point, I decided not to eat at the restaurant. I mentioned that refusing service to someone because of a service dog is illegal. The server responded that he did not hear me say my dog was a service dog earlier, which was confusing because we had already gone back and forth about it. A man claiming to be the owner then came out and did not seem concerned about the situation or interested in addressing the issue, only concerned about the dog. He repeated that the server didn't hear me which I find extremely hard to believe due to the back-and-forth exchange and cold response initially when mentioning the dog is a service dog.

Woo, okay this is going to be a long one…read more... Bluebird bistro was a rollercoaster ride, starting with a frustrating welcome. We called ahead to see if they could accommodate our group of (14). The "helpful" person on the phone offered two options: 1. We could be seated separately at different tables right away OR 2. Wait about an hour for one large table. We decided to go with option 1. Arrived at the restaurant just 5 mins later (we were literally already down the road), only for that exact person to tell us when arriving a completely different story. She claimed that we didn't call her back to let her know we were on our way... ? .... Therefore she had no wait time for us and didn't know how long it'll be.. uh? Ok? We were all confused, and frustrated. As we talked amongst ourselves in the waiting area, we decided we were going to take our business elsewhere..... well what do you know suddenly a table was ready for us. At this point, it was getting late, chilly and hangry. We decided to stay and give it a try. And honestly I'm happy we did because we were blessed with a waitress named Kendra, who was phenomenal! Kendra transformed our experience, her service was top-notch. When a few people in our group were not happy with their drinks/orders, she quickly took the items off the check and brought out replacements. I had ordered the elote nachos, and they arrived without queso, instead of just bringing a side of cheese, Kendra took the entire plate back and returned with a fresh, hot order made correctly. Let's talk FOOD: Honestly it was mostly a hit. My margarita pizza was delicious. the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and the balsamic drizzle was a perfect touch. The others in our group were happy with their pizzas, wings, burgers, and steaks. Even the kids seemed pretty happy with their basic chicken fingers and fries( lol ) .... I was told the only miss were the fish tacos, which were on the dry side, and my elote nachos. While the nachos were good, they didn't have much of the classic "elote" I was hoping for like the crumbles of cheese, sauce etc... Overall, it was a decent spot, and thanks to Kendra, our meal/experience was really SAVED. I took off stars because again while the food was generally good, the confusing and unwelcoming check-in process was a major let down.

The experience I had at this establishment was deeply disappointing and honestly unlike anything…read moreI've encountered before. Our group of seven set out to enjoy a meal together, but what we faced instead was a cascade of errors and outright disrespect from the waitstaff and management. To begin with, the server mixed up an order, which admittedly could happen in a group our size--but the nature of our requests made the errors easily avoidable and, just as importantly, simple to correct. Five of us ordered essentially the same thing, differing only in small details like scrambled eggs with or without cheese. When we politely pointed out the issues to the server, we were met with an unprofessional and rude response. At one point, he even went as far as telling some of our party members that they needed to "pay attention." This attitude alone soured the experience, but things only deteriorated further from there. For instance, when one person's eggs--which had been incorrectly prepared with cheese--arrived with no cheese, we kindly requested they be remade. Shockingly, the waiter refused outright, stating he would not redo the order nor remove it from our bill. If that wasn't bad enough, he went on to suggest we would receive poor service like this regardless of where we dined--a claim entirely untrue based on our many other dining experiences elsewhere. Given the escalating tension, we asked to speak with the manager to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, the response was even more disheartening. The waiter brusquely declared himself to be the manager and outright refused to take any action to address our concerns. Hoping for someone with more authority to intervene reasonably, we then requested to speak with the owner. However, the owner was equally dismissive and maintained that his server couldn't possibly have spoken to us in such a disrespectful manner--even going so far as to deny any wrongdoing entirely. When I pointed out that the server's behavior suggested he might have been having a bad day but ought to remain respectful to customers regardless, I was met with indifference. I tried to explain how critical customer service is--especially when tourists like us choose to spend money supporting local businesses--but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. Ultimately, things reached a breaking point when another guest at the restaurant ask us to leave, as no resolution. It was such a shame because, truthfully, the food itself was quite good. Unfortunately, no amount of culinary quality can compensate for the poor treatment we received from both staff and management alike. To think that we originally planned to purchase some of their locally made jam as a show of support for their business--it now feels inconceivable that we'd contribute any further after such an appalling episode. To sum up: while the food may meet expectations for taste, the dismissive attitude makes this establishment one to avoid at all costs. If you value being treated kindly or even with basic professionalism, steer clear and take your business elsewhere where it will truly be appreciated.
