Andrey immediately responded with a written proposal, and we worked out a timeframe that was acceptable to the both of us. My wife is an interior designer and I am a retired architect. Andrey's men knew their craft and it was one of the few times that I sat back and did not need to supervise a contractor. Their craftmanship is impeccable! As other reviewers have noted they were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up each day. The project started and ended as Andrey promised it would and Andrey was always available. The one extra was due to unforeseen conditions when the demo was finished and did not affect the project, timeline or completion date. The project looks beautiful and we were extremely satisfied with the process and with Vandeck Builders.

He provided previous customer contact numbers so I could reach out and receive first-hand feedback from them. In doing so, every single one of them commented on how professional Pascual was and the quality of his work. Some of them even sent pictures. My back stairs and landing took less than two days to complete. Watching him and his team work, it's clear they take pride in it. When demolishing the old stairs, he uncovered some poor craftsmanship and made sure to call it out and rectify it before covering it up again. Would gladly work with Pascual and his team again.
