Elegant and creative! I've purchased two flower arrangements from here and each time they were exceptionally lovely. The glassware of some of the arrangements are quite unique. Update.. I wanted to leave this review and make sure it was seen because yelp doesn't display my review of this establishment for some reason. I've had nothing but a great experience with this floral shop. I've ordered from them on three occasions and my girlfriend loved them. On valentine's day I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a hotel for her. When I got in the room the flowers had already been delivered. Did I mention my girlfriend loved them! The staff at this shop is always helpful. The designers do a spectacular job. The Manager was super helpful with making a beautiful arrangement within my budget. I bought the Living Social deal, for $39 you get $100 worth of arrangement or bouquet. It seemed to be one of the better deals out there and I figured it was close enough to me that I could just pick it up rather than pay for delivery. When I showed up I told the sales person, who was very nice and friendly, I had the Living Social deal. She then showed me the two arrangements to choose from. I didn't realize I was limited to only two arrangements and even though both looked nice I didn't think it was $100 worth, more like the $39 I paid for the deal. I made my choice and left with the flowers. I admit I didn't make a big fuss and maybe I should have but then again I highly doubt I'd be back. read more

I visited that same business the next day and to say I was embarrassed would be an understatement. It was the smallest flower arrangement I have ever seen! We purchased all the flowers for my grandmother's funeral at Grand Florist in April 2013. In all, we chose five separate arrangements and several corsages/boutonnieres. My family is very meticulous, we had very specific personal touches we wanted to add to each arrangement. Upon delivery, arrangements looked absolutely stunning, and every arrangement was completed exactly as we had imagined. The staff was very nurturing, and patient with all the meticulous requests we threw at them. We left the spray from the top of the casket at the Children's section of the cemetery, and the flowers still looked amazing almost a week after the funeral. The actual arrangement delivered looked smaller than the picture on line. Not to mention the extra we paid to make it "Premium" and look bigger/nicer. When the online place called Grand Florist to remedy the situation, they were told there was nothing they could do that same day. We explained it was the ladies last day of work, for she was retiring!! They should be ashamed of themselves for delivering that for $60 (over $70 after taxes & delivery). Due to the bf and I being out of town that weekend for mother's day, my bf's sister helped us pick up the flowers. We ended up with two dozen crappy roses in clear cellophane. THAT'S IT. No vases. Nothing. My bf's sister also bought vases from them and they were $12 each! In total, we spent a little over $60. I seriously could have bought prettier and longer lasting roses from Pavilions/Ralphs for $15 and would still have money left over to get vases. DO NOT ALLOW THIS FLORIST ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR WEDDING! I had a very intimate wedding with just a few flowers. I expressed how important it was that the flowers made a statement especially my bridal bouquet. I had printed pictures with the corresponding measurements. The particular flower I wanted had a very sentimental meaning, this was also explained in detail. On the day of my wedding I was so thrilled when the florist arrived, only to realize that my bridal bouquet was completely wrong! It was nowhere near what we had discussed and it looked NOTHING like the photo I had given to them, the toss and bridesmaids bouquets were also awful! Needless to say I was extremely upset. When I called the woman on the phone had the audacity to tell me that bouquet I ordered would have cost too much money!!!! So they took it upon them selves to change a few things!!!! I explained that I would have paid ANYTHING to have exactly what I wanted. My bridesmaids took my bouquet back and they tried to remedy the situation. I walked down the isle with silk flowers in my bouquet. I was beyond disappointed. I had to make quite a few phone calls and stop by the shoppe many times in-order to speak with someone and demand that my money be refunded. I had two sets of flowers sent out for valentine's day. They did a great job with sending it to my mom at work but my grandparents house was a problem. I received a confirmation email from the florist saying that my flowers were delivered but never got a call from my grandparents about the flowers. About a half hour later I checked the confirmation and realized I had listed the wrong address which yes is my fault. So I called and a man answered did not state his name as far as I can remember. I asked to see if my flowers were delivered and he said well where were they going. I told him the city and he said well we aren't all done with that city. I told him about the confirmation and he said well is it a business because if it was a lot of them were closed today. I told him no and said the address and he said oh I remember that address and looked it up for me. He said oh yeah that address doesn't exist. I never got a call about if the address was wrong or anything and they even CONFIRMED! that they were delivered! How can you send emails saying they were but they really aren't? Would I have even gotten a call or just wasted my money on flowers? I understand they were busy but a 2 minute phone call won't kill you especially because I had called about 12:30 the same day also to check if they were delivered. I'm not happy with this place. They did a great job for my mom but that's about it. read more

Horrible Service! The ladies were very rude and put off. We purchased a corsage for $32. It was disappointing! The 2 medium size roses looked wilted and small. It lacked dazzle. They sensed my son's disappointment and suggested some glitter, which they charged $2 more for.
