I wanted to send roses to my mother in Las Vegas, I had a great experience a few years ago with beautiful roses for a funeral so I stopped by this week, I ordered 8 yellow roses and 8 yellow carnations in a vase, wrote a card with all her loved ones one by one. She called me crying because they were beautiful, fresh great value, just as I ordered, with card and everyone listed, and a butter fly. Do not go I went to this business to buy flowers for a funeral while I was there I saw a pot that I wanted to buy for my garden that said it was 10 dolllar when I went to pay they told me my total was 102.75 and I said that doesn't make sense the pot says 10 dollars and she said oh that's wrong it's 25 I told her oh nvm it says 10 I don't know why it charging me 25 dollars I asked her to remove it and asked what my new total was and she said 102.75 I told her no the price without the vase and she said yes this is the ur new price. They took their time explaining the different arrangements and ended up ordering dozen long stem red roses with lily's. Reasonably priced. I've given the floral arrangement delivered today One Star short of having been the best. My Wife loved the arrangement and early delivery today however, the bonehead that wrote out the card didn't know the difference between it having been for our Anniversary and instead sent it out with a Birthday announcement. I guess this to be expected when a minimum wage worker is left to label the cards. Next time, if there is one, I won't include a card. I guess it could've been worse if it had been sent out with a sympathy card. eeeuuu!!! read more

I don't usually buy flowers but when I do, its from this place. (I used to go somewhere in La Habra but they closed down for some odd reason.) The prices are fair and they keep a wide variety of fresh flowers in stock. I have seen several other Robinsons flower shops around Hacienda heights area... I LOVE this place and the outstanding work they do. My first time coming out was last year for my son's Jr. prom. I searched for a florist in Whittier that designed corsage and boutonniere but they all did ONLY the traditional designs. So, I came out here just by driving bye and I am so glad I stopped! The florist has a very creative and unique eye for designs and you will see what I am talking about with the photos I'm going to post. So again I came back for my son's senior prom for La Serna high school and again the florist knew exactly what I wanted. I understand the short notice, but to flat out turn down business instead of trying to help out in an emergency is not understandable to me. I went to the store after speaking with a representative on the phone, he stated that he would help me make an arrangement for funeral. When I arrived I advised the female rep. that we had a budget of $80 and that I was coming from a local school and we wanted to send flower to a student who had lost her father. The treated me with disrespect and wouldn't even bother to listen to me they wanted me to purchase what they wanted at the price that they wanted. The representatives at tho store were extremely rude and didn't have any kind of sympathy that we were trying to send flowers to a student who had just lost her father. I will definitely never go back to this store again. If this is the way they treat people for funeral services how do they treat just a typical Joe that's walking in. read more

This is the location I meant to review: This is my old old flower shop job I had as a young adult but I have to say that robinsons always purchases fresh flowers 2 to 3 times a week and always aim to please with the right flowers for its customers. I unfortunately had to order funeral flowers for my dad this past week and only trust this place for my near and dear family and friends and my own events. Robinsons designs better and bigger than any FTD or Teleflora or name brand design and they also waive the delivery fee for friends and family of all deliveries will go to the same place as long as you mention u are being referred by the other people in your group. Everything helps. Robinsons always makes my orders stand stems above the rest and I am grateful they will come thru for my dear dad in a few days. read more
