Today I walked into the store and as soon as I crossed the threshold the guy who worked there asked if I had a mask. I said no I didn't and before I could take another step he yelled at me "get the f*** out!!" I instantly took out my phone and started to record him at this point because I was so shocked. He then started calling me a "f-ing bitch and called me clown face with your makeup" - What in the heck??? At this point I told him he needed Jesus and walked out. This was the craziest experience I ever had. I would like to share the video on this insane employee with the owner. This person is clearly unstable and should not and I repeat should not be working in any customer service job ever!! read more

Would give zero. I went to get a simple car wash. Paid inside and waited 2 cars ahead of me. I went in when it was turn and the light said stop so I did. The brushes seemed to just spin one place then it stopped. I waited and waited and nothing else happened. No lights were on no air was on to dry. I tried going forward and back and nothing. So I went inside and told the guy it wasn't working. He says nothing just starts typing on the register and gives me a receipt. He says here's another car wash. I looked and there's now a line of 4 cars. I said I'd rather just have a refund my car is deipping wet and I'd rather not wait all that time in line again. I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy! I pulled in this morning at 5:55am, pulled to the pump and entered my card info. Pump activates and says, "Ready to fuel". I push the lever and nothing happens! Over and over I try as I know the worker sitting in his car on the phone. I walk over and tap on his window, for him to rudely place his finget on his lip as if telling me to be quiet! He finally rolls his window down and I explain what happened. He says stupidly, "We don't ooen till 6:00, why did you put your card in"? Why are all your pumps on taking peoples credit card info but not dispensing gas????? Thief. You need to be reported to the police for this crap! God only knows how many other people you've screwed over by having your pumps on prior to opening without them being able to get gas yet you have their credit info! JERK! read more

Like some of the other reviewers have said, good gas prices but very poor supplies. They are apparently too cheap to actually put outside paper towels and squeegees. I took a photo to show you how most pumps don't have towels or squeegees or water. This is really being way too cheap! Really, you have to go inside to get a paper towel? read more

I like Grand Gasoline, a lot more than my Yelp peers it seems....but experiences aren't typical for everyone, here is and brief overview of my experiences here.... I been stopping by here for probably the last year in a half or so, so the attendants recognize my face, it's usually the same two clerks here when I visit so they are always polite and friendly with me. I find that they are competitive when it comes to gas prices, I think they have to be with Safeway Gas up the street and Shell across the street and a few more close by. To be honest, I hardly get gas here, although I have before. I usually stop in for the convenience store aspect of this place. It sits literally right next to 680 South, so you can pull out the station make a sharp right and get on the freeway, which I think is great for the person on the go. Fill up, grab a snack and drink and be on the go. But back to the convenience side oft things, great stock of snacks and suchn but it's a bit on the pricey side, I get they're an independent operation, but almost a $1.75 more for a drink I can get at Safeway isn't the bomb, but I always end up settling sometimes. Although they do have these tasty energy drinks for cheap .99 cents. In closing, nice location off Contra Costa, near In N Out, Target, TRU and the Sunvalley Mall ect. Absolutely horrific experience with this gas station. I spent over $1000 a week on gasoline at the station and Travis has lost my company's business. Very rude and unprofessional reports that were made to my family and I. I asked to use the restroom and he stated that I cannot use it because I did not have a receipt of my gas purchase. I told him I did not ask for a receipt at the pump therefore I do not have one. Wow! What a great guy they have at this station! My low-fuel light was on, & my regular station was out of service. I pulled-up & tooted horn, hoping for assistance. Today I stopped by here just before 6 o'clock as I'm traveling southbound on 680. Waze recommended this place due to cheap gas. I pay and it's 10 cents more than advertised. I'm not in the mood to argue with anyone, so I proceed to pump. 25 cents in, the pump stops. It won't start back up. Thinking maybe I did something wrong, I walk up to the building and a guy leaving locks the door after having seen me. I say excuse me are you the only one working and he says they're closed. I said okay, but I was getting gas. He said they were shit off at 6 pm because they closed. I let him know I was here before 6 and why would he shut it off if I was already pumping? We found this place on Waze as somewhere that had decent gas prices. After a visit, it's easy to see why. They had terrible squeegees and no paper towels available. Sign says please inquire inside for them. We took the kids inside to use the restroom, which smelled horrible and had tons of graffiti. The gas prices may be ok, but don't expect much else. read more

As soon as they opened and the customer service was excellent, they were happy, courteous and made me decide to make this my gas stop. I only fueled, there.
