They are also charging for painting and the house was in good condition on move out. The property was clgiven a deep clean by a cleaning company on move out. Clover is not only keeping the $1900 deposit but are charging an additional $1000+. Mind you, the walls were touched up with paint, cabinets in the same condition as move-in and floors in the same condition as move-in. DO NOT rent from this company! They are scamming people for damages that don't occur.

We rented through them for a year prior to deciding to build a home. Shawna helped us purchase our new home and coordinate our move out in a way that helped both us and the homeowner we were renting from. We then decided to move to a new home and we contacted ProGo to rent our home out. They helped us every step of the way. Now we have acquired a second property and once again they helped us purchase the property and will handle it as our new rental. We trust ProGo and have nothing but good things to say about them! She does not protect her sellers either because she almost cost her seller the deal as she caused us so much distress during the entire process. I cannot say enough negative things about her. This is our third home in Pace and I will make sure that we tell everyone in the future not to use her or buy a house if the seller is using her. No house is worth the heartache and stress that she brings.
