I can't even begin to put into words how absolutely phenomenal they were! We worked with Kim specifically as our property manager and she was so great. We really liked how their process was set up. If there were any concerns with the property, Kim told us immediately. We ended up moving overseas for 3.5 years and during that time frame, we switched tenants. I can't imagine dealing with all of that while being overseas. We experienced minor tornado damage to the property and Kim was on top of it. She was always open and honest. She kept things fair for both us as the owners, as well as our tenants. We fully trusted Kim and never once had to worry about anything. It was such a huge load off to know we had that! She really was such a blessing. We decided to sell the property in 2021 and got teamed up with Donna. Donna was just as incredible as Kim from the very beginning to the very end. She made the entire selling process super easy. She was open and honest about our options and walked us through every step and answered every question we had. We live out of state and knowing we had someone we could trust to take care of selling the property was a relief. From our end, the selling process was easy. We know that's because Donna is such a phenomenal agent and took care of the heavy load of things on her end. In the eight years that we worked with Assurance Realty, whether on the Property Management side or the Real Estate side, we knew we could trust them completely. And accordingly to them i was over reacting and states that i was aggressive. As a black women it is was so text book. Just to get me off thier back about my apartment .they told me they werent working on the apartment we agreed to. but a completely different apartment. and the apartment was also not complete. At this point i just had to shut up, because the next thing out of my mouth could land me who knows where. Homeless. Over the 8 years that we rented our home while we finished out our military career, many of the employees came and went but the quality of service was always less than acceptable. The majority of that time, the entire property management section was dumped on one individual and in some cases he was out of the office for extended amount of time. The contract is written so that the only way out of dealing with Navarre Beach realty (if they placed the tenant) is to evict the tenant. Regardless what you are told, nobody will be watching over your home and checking the quality and timeliness of any maintenance required or preformed on the house. You will be outright lied to and deceived regarding the work that is being provided for the 10% or the rental price. The hardest that I saw them work was when they were fighting for the tenant to get their deposit back after leaving the house with damages far exceeding the deposit. If you value HONESTY and HARD WORK like I do I would highly recommend looking elsewhere or managing yourself.

They bounced 4 checks sent back with our security deposit and it took 5 months to get our deposit back. Rented this home with 3 other military members for over a year. During the original leasing process everyone in the company was incredibly difficult to get in contact with. They don't return phone calls or emails. The only reason this company doesn't get 1 star is that they left us alone for the duration of our stay. We were model tenants and when we moved out they assessed that we would receive our full security deposit back. The first check took 3 months to arrive after the date we vacated. All 4 checks they sent to us bounced... When we called to ask why that happened everyone at the company had no idea what we were talking about and insisted that it was the banks fault and not theirs. After this first bounced check we waited an additional month before calling again asking where our refund was and they were very rude and said they were working on getting the checks. 20 days after that phone call we all received our checks and they finally cleared. Currently still trying to get reimbursed for the bounced check fees we all incurred for their first bad checks. I have very little hope that these criminals will make any motions to reimburse us. I in no way would recommend this company to anyone and I hope they go out of business soon. Disgraceful service.

It was a stressful move and they made it easier. We found them to be fair and we're easy to communicate with when any issues arose. We rented through them for a year prior to deciding to build a home. Shawna helped us purchase our new home and coordinate our move out in a way that helped both us and the homeowner we were renting from. We then decided to move to a new home and we contacted ProGo to rent our home out. They helped us every step of the way. Now we have acquired a second property and once again they helped us purchase the property and will handle it as our new rental. We trust ProGo and have nothing but good things to say about them!
