My family is really enjoying the Academy of Music. Our 9 year old son has been getting piano…read morelessons there for over a year. We have been very pleased with the lessons and his teacher. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The recitals were run very efficiently and were set up well for the families to enjoy their children's performances. The waiting areas are comfortable. You can hear the practicing students in the rooms and if you sit near your child's room you can hear him or her practicing. The music fills the air and it's enjoyable to us. If we pursue other instruments for our son to play or are interested in voice lessons, our son has said he would love to have lessons at the Academy of Music.

This time, there was a glitch in the ordering system.It said it could not ship to my address. I cleared my shopping cart and used their contact form to let them know. The immediate tried to find the problem to correct it, but could not, and asked what items I needed, and offered to do the order by phone if the site still failed to work. I redid the order on the web page, and this time it worked., and I let them know. They actually intercepted the order, and refunded part of the purchase price as a discount becuse of the the trouble, which totally surprised me. This is obviously a great company to do business with.
