From the first moment we met with her in person she was able to sketch out on paper what was to become my future engagement ring within minutes. We took some ideas and showed her what we liked out of each of those rings, and were absolutely stunned when we left there with a pretty much already completed design that we were in love with. I thought she would have to think about it and then get back to us later with a sketch, but she did it on the spot. From there she presented us via email with a CAD of the design showing it from all angles. It was so cool to see a virtual mock up of the ring with all of the details before they even made it. It looked so real already! We made about two rounds of changes and she was so extremely patient with us (me, really) through the entire process...answering all of my questions and talking things through with me over the phone. We would highly recommend Amy to anyone for either a completely new jewelry design, or even a re-design. She has the eye, and the ability to listen to her customers and know what they are asking for...and then translating that to paper. Firts, Extermely rude service manager. Had my tractor worked…read moreon for a couple issues under warranty, they fixed them but never called me when it was completed. found out they completed them the first week it was there. After more than 2 months I called them asking when they would be done as I had not heard anything, the manager said it was done the first week it was in the shop. Great service?????, NOT. I get there to pickup tractor and the service department can't even find the original service ticket, which was filled out the day I dropped of the tractor, they then asked to tell them what they did to the tractor so they could write a new ticket. Told them what was on the original ticket, they said they would email me a copy, still waiting on that several months later.

The 85 yr old Bulova belonged to my Grandfather and special to me as I was born on his birthday. They said 120.00 to fix it and I agreed easily. When I got there today not only did they use the parts on someone else's watch meant for mine but the Bulova was missing the Second Hand, scratched on the face and the hour hand had rust on it. It was not fixed. The 2nd watch was also not fixed but it only needed a smaller O ring of sorts to allow the adjusting nut to change the time back.
