When I got there today not only did they use the parts on someone else's watch meant for mine but the Bulova was missing the Second Hand, scratched on the face and the hour hand had rust on it. It was not fixed. The 2nd watch was also not fixed but it only needed a smaller O ring of sorts to allow the adjusting nut to change the time back. BUT IT WORKED AND KEPT PERFECT TIME WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF NOW IT DOESNT KEEP TIME AT ALL. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AS THEY ARE CLUELESS AND WILL RUIN ANYTHING OF VALUE YOU DROP OFF

I wanted to figure out if it was real or not and if it was, I wanted to sell it. The lady that helped me looked about 50 with gray/blondish shoulder length hair. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. I handed her my chain and she proceeded to say "This chain is fake. Did your dad get it at a gas station?" I replied with "I don't know. He left when I was two." All of the other workers in the building said "Omg why would you say that?" She said "It's better me saying it than ya'll!" Then she proceeded to tell me to follow her on instagram. This entire interaction was rude and disrespectful. I DO NOT appreciate it AT ALL! They had some nice jewelry that I would've considered buying if she wasn't so rude. I will not be going back.
