She is so good I would follow her anywhere! If you call the salon to book an appointment or get information, you may go to voicemail, but don't despair! Calls are returned! And once your appointment is booked, you can opt in to receive text reminders a day or so before you are supposed to be there. Very handy. And once you arrive, there's no waiting around. Your appointment will start on time. Salon is quiet (except for the blowdryers!) with a very laid back, unpretentious vibe. But unpretentious does not mean unprofessional. It means you get quality service from experienced, talented stylists that you would expect from a big, fancy place without the hassle.

The rest was okay, although quite average. Half hour facial was after my massage. The aesthetician seemed disappointed I was only getting a half hour facial. She told me to just take off my boots and lay down facing up. Not to even put on the wrap. The cleanse and facial was quite lame. I got some non-descript stuff on my face, but had no idea, since her was no commiunicatioj during the entire visit The aesthetician never even mentioned who she was to me at all, didn't speak to me at all. The mask was one of the paper thin ill-fitted masks you buy at CVS. My face didn't feel cleaner or anymore fresh than when I do my night routine. I learned after the fact as I checked four that her name is Tina. She's not a very good aesthetician. She's not as good as some others that have treated me. Didn't seem to be a people person. Andrew did my hour deep tissue massage. It was okay. I wouldn't get a facial here again though.

I don't trust many people with mine because it's taken me a long time to grow it out and take care of it, but he was the first person to cut it after two years of no trims, and I've been coming back every three months ever since. My hair has never felt better. I also brought my mom once, she wanted a short haircut, but Cameron made a better recommendation based on her face shape, and it turned out amazing. She left feeling so confident and beautiful! I've also been doing the strengthening treatment with my cuts, and it's made my hair noticeably healthier and shinier. This time around, I came in for a trim and a Keratin Express treatment, and the results were wowwwww. With all the rain lately, I usually get a ton of frizz, but this treatment actually works and is totally worth the hype. I also picked up a few products Cameron recommended including a mousse, an anti‑frizz serum, and a thermic treatment. Full disclosure: I'm a Kérastase lover and have been using the brand for years, but I didn't know about these specific treatments. Now I'm obsessed. My hair feels so smooth, glowy, and healthy.
