If I could give zero stars here I would. Two family members went to her. One had a deep cancer spot removed on their head. The site started to become infected looking and spider veining red streaks accompanied by a headache. Moxie said it was blood vessels too close to the surface and sent them home. They ended up in the emergency room with a blood infection/oozing site. Despite heavy antibiotics, they developed bacterial meningitis, spent 8 days in ICU critical condition. The infection from the site had seeped into the cranial fluid, causing the meningitis. Second family member left Moxie prior to this incident because they felt Moxie's let's "just watch it" approach was disconcerting. They not only have had two spots burned off by a more astute dermatologist but now have to be treated for a basal cell carcinoma-one Moxie had said "We'll just watch it." I cannot speak intelligently on the other doctors or PAs in the practice but I would never recommend Audrey Moxie to anyone. read more

No, I do not recommend Pinnacle, not the Hill Rd location nor the Holly Rd location. At Hill Rd, I saw a doctor after being referred for what my doctor said was probably a cyst and needed to be removed. When I saw the doctor at Hill Rd, he seemed unimpressed by the so-called cyst. He then asked what my doctor wanted to be done, and I said removal, so he proceeded to refer me for an ultrasound so he could see it to see what kind of removal and what was involved before proceeding. I noted his reaction, and did not immediately go to get an ultrasound because something didn't seem right. In the ensuing days, I felt the corresponding part on the opposite side, only to find there was the same anatomical "deformity" there. In other words, it was literally an anatomical structure that was normal. I go to a SPECIALIST for him to use his knowledge and skills in his area of expertise to determine what needs to be done, not to have him simply please my PCP with whatever the PCP wants. I'm glad I listened to my gut and was my own advocate. It saved me unnecessary expenses and procedures. I can't trust these people again. read more

Some years ago Dr Cetner successfully removed a good sized melanoma from my face. I had a full body annual checkup from Dr. Jajou. Prescriptions are not called in. Office staff does not answer phone. You continue to be billed for no services while your prescriptions are never called in, and the office refuses to answer the telephone. read more

Note: I live in Fenton Michigan 48430. I don't know why Yelp thinks I'm in Columbus Ohio. Dr Love sold his practice to Dr AlDabagh and excellent treatment continued until Pinnacle Dermatology came on the scene and Dr AlDabagh disappeared. Without notice or explanation I've been assigned a different doctor at each visit. Most recently I was seen for rosacea and a full body skin cancer check. My time with the doctor was brief and felt rushed. The examination was quick and superficial and I had to point out areas with sun damage that the doctor skimmed over or didn't examine at all. He never looked at my face (I was masked) where I have the rosacea. The staff is pleasant, so if you're looking for Dr. Corporation with a nice staff Pinnacle Dermatology is the place for you. read more

This is the first time in my life that I have written a negative review, but I feel compelled to do so. I have been a patient at Pinnacle Dermatology for seven years. I recently asked for a renewal of my prescription and was denied. (This is a medication that I have a history of taking). I was told that I needed to make an in-person appointment because it had been "more than a year" . This however is not true. My last appointment was this summer when I had a bout of poison ivy. I spoke with the PA during that appointment and told him that I did not need a prescription renewal because I still had some remaining medication. Last week, when Pinnacle finally returned my phone call, I explained this to them and was told that the PA who attended me "no longer worked here" She said that if I wanted a renewal of my prescription then I would have to come in. I complained to her verbally and also dropped off a written complaint because every time I tried to call, no one would answer the phone. Pinnacle Dermatology did nothing despite my complaints. At the very least, they should be flexible during a pandemic and accommodate people who are reluctant to have in-person visits, especially when it involves something as simple as a prescription renewal! I am sure, however, that it is to their advantage to bill my insurance every time they see me in their office! For this reason, I would NOT RECOMMEND PINNACLE DERMATOLOGY to anyone. I will be sharing my dissatisfaction whenever the opportunity presents itself. read more

I don't know what has happened since Pinnacle took over Dr Barkeys practice but it's terrible now! I had a telemedicine visit scheduled 8/24 @11:30 and finally got a call @ 12:30. The 3 different rx's that she's prescribed hasn't helped at all with my rosacea! At that time she said she'd call in another rx and set up another visit. As of today 9/7 I haven't heard about either. I have called the office twise and left detailed messages. I have heard NOTHING from them! Really unacceptable! Guess I need to find another Demotologist and not one linked to Pinnacle!!!! read more

I am an RN. I want to support any one in the health care field but feel I had to write this review for the sub-standard care I received at Pinnacle Dermatology Flint MI. I was scheduled for a full body check. The check I received took 1-2 minutes with neglect in viewing what I felt were prone areas for possible malignancy. NOTE: The documented average time for this procedure is an average of 7-10 minutes. I also experienced treatment failure for removal of a benign growth behind my knee. They sprayed the lesion with nitrous oxide from a can and informed me it would blister and fall off within 7-10 days. The can must have been empty as it never blistered or came off. I removed it myself by using Compound W for $6.00 from Walmart. Total visit time was less than 8 or 9 minutes with total charge billed to my insurance provider of $709.17. I spoke to the office manager regarding my concerns. There was no feedback from her regarding the full body check. She informed me the type of lesion I had needed to be treated several times before it would be totally removed. I informed her that was not what I was told initially. Her response "when would you like another appointment?" I declined. I have chosen another dermatology office to receive my care. read more

Pinnacle made my confidence boost. I have had a wart/mass on my big toe for a few years and haven't gotten it checked out until now. This has been years of being uncomfortable wearing open toed shoes, getting pedicures because it's looked at odd and other issues. All of the Covid-19 regulations are followed and the office is structured with respect and patience with visitors. With any of my dermatology concerns I will definitely be coming back. read more

When my dermatologist retired, he referred his patients to Pinnacle Dermatology. After my appointment, I was billed because this office is "out-of-plan". I appealed this charge because no one ever mentioned this during scheduling or during my appointment. I even asked them to adjust the charge (like I know they do for uninsured patients) but they did nothing to work with me. I am out $159 because I trusted the referral without getting into the insurance details. read more
