You can get them in several sauces including garlic, Parmesan, lemon pepper, BBQ, hot and other sauces. The service here was pretty fast as my order was ready within 2 or 3 minutes like he said. Inside this food stand were two men who were waiting on every body as well as cooking mostly buffalo chicken wings. I was surprised that this place was very busy on a cold Monday evening. I finally found the food truck hide out. The Chattanooga sunday market has all of the trucks in town I think. I believe that there was 10-12 trucks out here. I knew there were trucks here I just could never found them before last sunday. I did get to try 3-maybe 4 of them. This one was especially cute. It is a small trailer/truck that makes small doughnuts right in front of you. They have a small machine that drops out a bit of dough into some heated grease. Then it flows down the tray and another piece of the machine flips them. There is yet another flipper upper thingy the flips them into a cooling tray.There the worker guy scoops them up in your little bag and pours some cinnamon sugar over your doughnuts and then you eat. Nice fluffy and and light as they were still quick warm. So this is a cute little truck with cute little doughnuts inside a very big market.

PETEY! PETEY! PETEY!!…read more Last weekend was the first weekend of the Georgia Apple Festival and I knew that this was my best chance to locate a mini-donut vendor. I love those little donuts but they aren't always available in the larger markets so when I see them, I get very excited. My daughter and I reviewed the vendor list ahead of schedule and when we saw this vendor (Petey's Doughnuts), we knew that we would be having donuts for breakfast. Yay!! I also knew that I would have to pack my own powdered sugar because you either get very little or they only offer the cinnamon and sugar combination. I ONLY want a generous amount of powdered sugar on my donuts. Prior to Petey, we had to see the caricaturist because if you aren't first in line, you can have a crazy wait. When we arrived at Petey's, there was no one in line and the donuts were hot off the press. We purchased a dozen that were half the price of the ones found at the Atlanta area festivals. We immediately started dumping them into our bag of powdered sugar and devouring them. It was like heaven, like what I imagine a carnivore experiences after six months in a vegan prison. As my husband approaches us, I lift my head long enough to have him purchase another order. At one point I notice the owner just looking at us as if we were eating an infant. She slowly approaches us and offers napkins which we gladly accept. She backs away only to reappear minutes later to offer us a paper bowl. Too Late! It is over, it is done. I accept the bowl, fold it and place it in my bag, (just in case). Ahhhh, that moment alone was worth getting up before 5 am and making the trip to the festival. It was definitely the high-light of my visit. Petey's Doughnuts are absolutely delicious: fresh, hot and just crazy good. You get to watch every phase of the process from the dough going into the machine to the little donuts popping out and cooking to golden perfection. If watching this does not get you in a mouthwatering mood, something is definitely wrong with you! You will definitely want to be on the look out for this vendor at the up and coming fall festivals. Well done Petey, I will definitely see you next year if not sooner! Prepare to be stalked!

This is a place for drunk Chad's and Stacey's to eat at 3am with their brand new boots and feel like a local. Would not return, do not recommend. And yes I literally walked to my car on the other side (that I paid $12 to park for) and took these photo so no I didn't let it get cold, it came cold, hence the cheese. Ambiance is cool for everything else but this is just a small shack and canopy. Service was alright, dude seemed cool enough.
