Nice shopping, lots of booths and options. The cashier was more of an issue than anything. He…read moredidn't wrap my breakable ornaments and seemed disengaged. He was on his phone when we walked up. There were also snacks provided but the cheese looked squishy and warm. But, nice to have snacks as an option. Other things looked good.

Do NOT be a Vendor at any Painted Tree location. I tried sending the below email to Corey Gillum…read moreand Mike Cavallo but the emails were non-deliverable. The deceit and fraud I've experienced is unbelievable. If someone at Painted Tree Corporate will get back with me that will be great. Here is my story (completely factual).., Hi Corey and Mike! I'm reaching out to you to ask for your assistance in a matter that needs immediate attention. I have gotten nowhere with either your Edmond, Oklahoma management or with your customer service in Little Rock. That's why I'm reaching out to the both of you. On February 14, 2025, while shopping at the Edmond Painted Tree with my daughter, I noticed there was a booth available to rent. I loved the location of the booth and inquired about it. I spoke with an employee, Avery Clarkson about the booth and informed her that I started a dog bar soap business, but I was not yet ready to go live. I told her that the soap was not even made yet and that a lady (living in Indonesia) was going to help me make it and that I wouldn't be ready to go live until June or July. She said that was "ok" and that as long as I paid a deposit of $400.00 and the first month rent of $400.00 ($800.00 total), my booth space would be secure and that I would not be charged the monthly amount of $400.00 until I had the soap made and was ready to go live. I was very hesitant on even signing the agreement without a product to sell, but Avery reassured me (with my daughter present) multiple times that as long as I paid $800.00, the booth would be secure and I would not be charged the monthly rent until I had a product to sell, even if it was in June or July. TRUST ME, I never would've signed the agreement without a product to sell and empty booth space, But, I trusted Avery. On or around February 16th (2 days after signing the agreement), I text messaged Avery and told her that my husband filed for divorce and that I needed to cancel the agreement. to cancel the agreement The message went through and I assumed Avery cancelled the agreement. She never cancelled it. Instead, my credit card keeps on being charged, totaling $2,400.00 to date. I have reached out to several of your employees including Anna Weir, Chey Addie, and Will Guerra and have gotten nowhere. Instead of responding to anything I addressed in my emails, including Avery's deceit, their response is simply that regardless of what transpired, even if there was deceit, I'm responsible for the terms under the Vendor Agreement. This is not acceptable. I'm a highly educated professional and even went to law school (and, yes, I should've known better not to sign the agreement in the first place without Avery's words in writing), but at the time my daughter and I were so excited and I wasn't thinking legalistically. I'm asking that you void agreement that was based on Avery's misrepresentation and fraud. I'm also requesting a full refund of approximately $2,400.00 that I've been charged to date. This is not right and unacceptable. I'm not one to stay quiet when I've been mistreated. And, I will keep writing negative reviews until this is resolved and someone from corporate contacts me. I've been a loyal customer of Painted Tree for years, and have told so many of my family and friends to do business with ya'll (they had never even heard of Painted Tree before I told them). I would think your business reputation would be more important to you than voiding this agreement. I'm asking you to do the right thing here and honor my request to void the agreement and be refunded the $2,400.00 I've paid to date. Thank you and I look forward a favored resolution. Shelly
