She said my dog was combative which is pretty unlikely considering she is 14 years old and 5 pounds. I texted the owner to ask if what she missed was included she stated yes. So I complained, she was rude. I came here because of her highly rated reviews on Facebook. She blamed it on having too many dogs that day. Not my problem, should have still been groomed correctly even if you had to stay late. So I'd say this place is a toss up, you may have a good experience or you may not.

I went back in and told them the issue. They handed me a roll of paper towels. We have a 45 min drive home, had to ask for cleaning supplies! Then the front desk is just rude. Called to order his 6 months of Nextgaurd (not cheap almost $200) before I could say anything she bit my head off stating we can't hold it. I let her grumble and said even if I pay for it you can't hold it. Oh well that's different. Try listening before you bite the hand that helps pay your wages. I'm sad to leave Sara but your staff has me looking for alternatives. Hateful is not good for business!!!!

I called asking if they took walk-ins, but the receptionist was hesitant as they were super busy.. she was still able to get me squeezed in within the hour. I brought my cat in & was greeted & checked in quickly. I didn't wait long to be moved to a room either. While in the room the vet tech was very kind, caring, respectful, and she answered all my questions and concerns. She was very compassionate and understanding. The doctor didn't take long to come in- he was very knowledgeable, understanding, and thorough. I decided to put my cat down, and they allowed me to take all the time with her. There was absolutely no rush. They were extremely compassionate and gentle. Even the front desk receptionist. She was also very kind and gave her condolences. As for their prices they were EXTREMELY reasonable. I went in thinking I was going to spend at least $1000. Not even close! If I would've gone the surgery route to remove her mass it would've been around $200-$300 (give or take). Her cremation was about $150. Which compared to Florida is pennies on the dollar. Very affordable prices. I stand on if I could give 10 stars I would. Between the amazing staff & affordable prices this is a vet I'd recommend to locals & even non-locals.

I was very nervous about our girl having a surgery but she's home and doing well and they took excellent care of her. Beverly and the other ladies who do the phones and scheduling and work the front desk are very nice and so was Thomas, who called us when she was ready and walked us through what she'd need for recovery when we picked her up. I feel confident that everyone there truly loves animals and cares for them well and it makes me less nervous to bring my other cat in. They offer the best prices for spaying and neutering in the area, I called several places and none of them were as affordable as Have a Heart and they don't charge extra for the females and include shots as part of the already, low price.
