We loved that they sent us home with a pint of Coldstone ice cream as a parting gift. We were happy with our experience. Before we came in, we received 2 reminder calls/texts the day before. This helped us to remember to have him not eat or drink the morning of surgery - very helpful. We only saw one other patient when we arrived and one different patient as we were leaving. After checking in at the front desk and waiting a few minutes, someone came out to bring us to the patient room. The patient room was comfortable and clean but not flashy or ultra modern. The entire experience was just less than one hour from the time we arrived to the time we left the building.

The procedure itself couldn't have been smoother. I got home and applied ice packs as prescribed-Woke up the next morning and to my surprise there was no pain and none after the novacaine had worn off!! This due to Dr Ackerman's skill and knowledge. The Woodbury office got me seen on an urgent care basis. I was treated with care, respect and kindness. The care was amazing. the Dr is gentle and competent . They pulled the tooth in 45 mins.
