After reimbursing me for my $1.50, she said "I learned something today. For these washers, you have to pull the quarter return back fast enough, otherwise it times out." Now we know. When I returned around 6:15PM, the shirts were there. One of the shirts is completely unwearable with deep creases in the collar area, the other one is far below acceptable.
