They took almost 8 weeks, and said day after day, week after week, the battery shipped but they had no shipping information, tracker etc, and THIER battery supplier would not talk to them. They gave me a loaner cart that had no parking brake and died twice on the golf course, once in the pouring rain and after unsuccessfully trying to fix it would not bring one that worked. Then when they finally got the the battery they called and said they needed more money for a part they should have known was needed at the out set. Then they took my original charger in " exchange" for the one that came WITH the battery kit, gave no credit for it AND charged an additional amount for the battery that came in the kit. They are dishonest, untrustworthy, and unethica!

I ordered a golf cart for 10 days. They didn't ask if I wanted gas or electric. I didn't know there…read morewere gas golf carts since they aren't allowed on golf courses. They delivered a gas one and when I called the answer was well you signed the contract. I double checked dates and price who thought to look for gas. They did replace it with an electric. On the 3rd day the cart had no power thought I wasn't going to make it a block and going maybe 2 mph. Called them it was going to be 2-3 days to replace it. With that kind of service, we were looking at buying a golf cart from them, but have no confidence and their staff. They charge me for the full 10 days even though I had them come pick up the cart.
