I made the decision to fix my eyes when I could no longer wear my contacts. I was definitely a little apprehensive to get the surgery, but Dr. Nettune did an outstanding job. I had PRK which has a longer healing time than Lasik, and there were definitely moments of doubt while my eyes healed, but I LOVE being able to get up in the morning and see the alarm clock, and I LOVE being able to go for a swim and not have to worry about my contacts. I LOVE not having to adjust my contacts when they blur up on me or constantly scoot my glasses back into place. I LOVE the freedom of just going without thinking about these things. I LOVE traveling and not having to carry contact solution and my glasses case. I am so appreciative of my sight and try not to take it for granted. If anyone is on the fence about the procedure, I say go for it. I found the Cornea Associates of Texas to be both professional and good at what they do.

He answered all of our questions, even shared some research studies about the procedure. Not 5 stars a because it's at least 45 minute wait after your appointment time for follow up. The annual follow up appointments with Dr. Zaffos are always brief & productive, but because of the wait, we'd be lucky to be out of there in 1.5 hours. The typical time we spent there is 2 hours, with 5-10minutes of the actual doctor visit.

I went to local ER (live 45 miles from Ft. Worth), and the dr. there got hold of Dr. Hajovsky who agreed to meet me at his office even though they were closed. Without any nurses, he spent 2 hours with procedures to stop further damage and help start to mend. Wednesday was the surgery, and a follow up the next day. I was very impressed with Dr. Hajovsky and the entire staff.

Veterans Beware!!…read more This Doctor's office does not and will not accept VA referrals for their services - PERIOD!!! I am a disabled veteran and I have just recently retired and have moved off my Corporate America insurance policy. So, I now rely on the VA for my medical services. I have tried for over a year to get this Dr.'s group's back office (and so have both of my great Doctors there) to accept VA payments so I can maintain my medical relationship with my 2 doctors. Sadly, during this entire time - the person in charge of the dept. that oversees these types of asks has said they will not accept payment from the VA - EVER! So, they clearly - have "ZERO" respect for Veterans. I am amazed at the run-around I have gotten, no call backs, and complete disrespect I have received from this back office team! Rude and argumentative is the common theme when you mention you are a veteran! So "hats off" to the most non-friendly VETERAN back office team in America!!! RAH - USMC!

We actually had 3 people giving (Georgia) some other ideas (for my husband) along with her own. (Which were great! She is the one that picked mine out for me. This was my first and definitely won't be my last time shopping at WP!! I am SO GLAD I found this place! Georgia "bug" is AMAZING!!!

I came in on April 27th for a glasses and contact exam. My contact prescription had expired and I…read moredesperately needed a new one. Dr. Jordyn Flemons suggested I try a different brand and said she would order trials before issuing my contact prescription. I aggreeded to this and had explained that I was leaving the country in a few days and would not be back in Texas until August. I confirmed that my parents would be able to come into the store and pick up the trials to then send to me so I would be able to test them out, that way I would have the new prescription with the new brand and be able to do a full order and have them by the time I get back. It has been over a month with ZERO CONTACT. No emails, no calls and no updates. So on May 31 I called the store to check in...only it's not the store but a call center who said they have no way of reaching the store or doctor directly. They also confirmed what I already suspected, no order for trials was ever placed. Dr. Jordyn Flemons lied to me to my face about ordering this. She knew I was down to my last pair of contacts and knew how important this was. I've been waiting for over a month for something she never even did. What's worse is I would have been more than happy just sticking with the brand I've used for the past 5+ years. I asked the man from the call center (because can't ask the doctor directly) if I could just have the basic prescription so I could just order contacts, I need to wear contacts each day and at this point not going to have any. I wear monthly and have already overworn them. He said no. So Warby Parker charged me for a glasses and contact exam, gave me a glasses prescription, did all the things to test contacts and lied about actually giving out a contact prescription. What concerns me the most is the fact there is no way to contact the doctor directly, not even an email. I've been using Warby Parker since 2019 and will never order or shop with them again. I still want my contact prescription but they refuse to connect me with the store to even get what I paid for.
