I really enjoyed their snack corner where they have a keurig so you can make yourself a cup of coffee and they had snacks and even fresh cookies at times too. It was a nice added touch. The doctor is very quick and you mainly deal with the nurses and office staff. For follow up they're pretty straight to the point and make sure you are healing well. From start to finish we had the consult, the surgery, the day after surgery check up, the other eye surgery, the other eye day after check up, and a week after that the last post surgery check up. I really liked the office and my mom has has no issues. There are a lot of negative reviews and I think if they went over the documents in more detail about the hazards of eye surgery they would have less bad reviews... but for us, knowing what this was going to entail? A great experience.

I interviewed both and had no qualms regarding with the first surgeon's lens replacement recommendation except for the fact it didn't fulfill my need for eliminating the use of contacts or glasses post operatively. The second surgeon, Dr Mueller, listened to my needs, performed a thorough examination, removed the cataracts and inserted a multi focal lens that restored my vision to a 20/20 level I haven't had since I was a teenager. His approach during the initial interview and exam was very thorough, giving me the confidence for accepting him as my surgeon and his recommendations. His surgical skills are beyond exceptional and his office staff, the best I have ever experienced. From the initial check-in to the handling all the insurance and financial paperwork was as smooth as it gets. Needless to say, I would whole heartedly recommend him and his office to handle any surgical needs for your eyes.

I won't name names, but the eyewear ordering process has been a complete disaster. I ordered new lenses for my existing frames, and here's what happened: 1. The lenses didn't fit my frames, even though I left them there. I waited two weeks for a reorder. 2. The reordered lenses arrived, but they were not the transitions I had requested. Another reorder, another two-week wait. 3. When the lenses finally arrived, they had been shaved down too much and didn't fit properly--yet another reorder and another two-week wait. To make matters worse, I later found out they had actually received the lenses on March 10th, but no one informed me. It was only when I followed up on March 19th that they finally located them. Throughout this ordeal, there were no updates or follow-ups. After this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere--I've heard great things about Costco.

I have been to hundreds of doctors in my sixty years on earth and he, by far, is the one that stands out. You usually wait 2 and a half to three hours for him to run in the room, talk without ever making eye contact ( maybe it's a pink eye fear) and leave without answering a single question, actually speaking over you as you try to ask something and then walking out of the room while you are speaking to him. Like he can't be bothered. He's so disrespectful.
