I had an appointment two weeks ago. I took the day off work, and my child missed school so we could…read moreattend. When we arrived, they told me they couldn't see us because they were short-staffed, so they rescheduled us for a few weeks later. Now, once again, I've had to take another day off work, and my child has missed another day of school. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 a.m., but when we arrived, they told me to leave and come back at 11:00 a.m. because they were waiting for the patients who were supposed to be there at 9:00 a.m. but showed up late. To make matters worse, while we were there, several staff members appeared to be whispering to one another while looking in our direction. Whether or not that was their intention, it made my child and me feel very uncomfortable, unwelcome, and disrespected during our visit. How is that fair to me or my child? We've already lost multiple days of work and school, and now we're being asked to wait because other people were late. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and unfair.

Dr. Brown is a a great dentist. She looks at our charts from the X-rays and gives you the best information and solution to any issues or concerns of needed. We are scheduled for cleaning and my husband is finally removing his golds out of his mouth. Yayyy! Yes, it's definitely a trend that will be in his past soon. :-) But, we're definitely excited and can't wait until the results in a few months. We will be back soon.

I do t have anyone on hold but the lights blinking on the phone, really? I would never give my money to a place that can't even figure out how to run the front office. While the quality of the dental care itself seemed fine, I was concerned about the lack of consistency in my child's treatment. The need for cavity treatment was only brought up after braces were discussed, and we later learned that X-rays had not been taken at the previous appointment as they should have been. This raises concerns that important issues may have been missed earlier. I was also told they could not treat my child's adult teeth because they "don't work on adult teeth," even though this office had previously treated my child's adult teeth without issue. That explanation was confusing and inconsistent. Unfortunately, due to these experiences, I no longer have confidence in this practice and will not be returning.

I booked a "happy visit" after explaining to staff about his sensory needs. He was really just scheduled to meet everyone and familiarize himself. Everyone was so patient and kind. They allowed him to take his time and explore the surroundings. He learned to operate the chair and equipment. Before I knew it, he was climbing up and allowing her to clean his teeth! I really cannot brag about this location and staff enough. This experience has been life changing for my son. I took plenty of photos with their permission, and I have added them to my son's AAC device. He keeps going to the page and talking about them all. I had to get my child out of school early because you can't be late. We waited about 30 minutes for the dental hygienist who was very sweet, named Barbara. She took time to let my son look at her tools before using them, she even offer a choice of flavored for the toothpaste. Another, thirty minutes before we saw the the Dr., who was very nice and very professional, but we were kept waiting too long in an empty room. We read all of the books I brought with us multiple times. My child was tired and hungry by the time he was seen. I don't blame the service providers, as much as The scheduling , but it would have been much better to just make an appointment for 3 or 3:30pm if we when we didn't leave the office until after 4:30pm. I requested a private room, but I expected to be seen promptly. We will return, because it was very clean and organized. The doctors and staff were all very good with children.

In the new office, they have a gold coin to give to them where they can pick from several candy ball-like machines as a prize.
