He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.

It is unclear that the issues we had were related to one of those two people or both but once installed there were lots of issues. They didn't put a spacer in between cabinet and cabinet for the oven/microwave. As result when we opened cabinet next to it it hit the wall for the stove/microwave. Also we wanted two corner cabinets and were told and it was designed for two pull out style cabinets. Well when installer came they said these cabinets would not work with that style of corner cabinet. They, of course cost more money that the usual one and we are now trying to them to give us our money back on that expense. The designer was rude to my husband and after that, honestly, I would NEVER ever use them again. It looks nice but the design work and measuring was poor. Beware, you get what you pay for. The turn around time was good BUT the quality is lousy.

Monday, Anne came to my home with cleaners & the finish on the counter looks like new again. She suggested that I use bar keepers helper, which I will. I was afraid of being too rough or abrasive & ruining the counter. She sent her carpenter to my home with new pieces on Wednesday & the vanity looks like new again.
