Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.

Shoutout to knowledgeable Julian in the store who showed me various replacement doors and quartz samples, Diane, who helped with design questions, Nelson, the company's owner, who brought samples to our home and accompanied me to look at quartz slabs and made fantastic suggestions (i.e., cabinet conversions to pullout drawers), Fernando, who reconfigured my plumbing to accommodate my new sink, Caesar and his crew, who removed my Corian countertops and backsplashes and installed my new quartz, "Mr. Magic", Eddie, who singlehandedly removed my old doors, converted cabinets to drawers, and built an additional pantry; each providing quality workmanship while always being meticulous. Nelson was on top of everything and responded immediately to my texts and phone calls. Signed the contract 7/29, was told work would begin 8/25. The quartz and plumbing were done 8/25-26, deconstruction and construction of cabinetry was done the following week and the entire project was completed in an extra 1/2 day. The quality of the replacement cabinet doors and drawers with soft close is beyond excellent and the newly built items are of superb craftsmanship. All members of the crew were friendly, trustworthy, wonderful to work with and cleaned up everyday so we could utilize the kitchen sink and live dust free. Nelson, the owner, stays on top of everything so the project is right on schedule. We liked him immediately. Love the beauty and quality of our new kitchen and highly recommend this business. Just a few hours after posting my original story below, we received a call from them, and they did everything possible to make things right. Fausto came to our home, inspected the entire job, and created templates based on our existing countertops. We then visited their brand-new, spacious showroom--filled with beautiful items--and discussed our options with Andrea. They were wonderful and genuinely wanted us to be happy. We selected the perfect marble slab, and the replacement installation was completed within the week. We are so delighted with our new countertops that I couldn't wait to share the news. All of our issues were fully resolved, and we received many heartfelt apologies from the team. Our perfect kitchen is finally complete. I will recommend this company to everyone. Five out of five stars! Even after all that time had passed, they stood by their work and made sure we were happy. ================== =============== These guys were great until they installed the product. The countertops were not the same ones from the shop where we picked them out. They were somehow weather beaten or something as there were marks everywhere that made them look like they were ten years old and totally abused. Yet they were brand new and not cheap. All requests to have them come to try to clean them in place were stalling tactics. People who were going to help (who said it would be no problem to clean) never showed up and eventually we were told they no longer work there. No one seemed to care anymore. They are easy to work with, do quality work, are professional and are reasonably priced. Scott quoted our jobs and took the time to thoroughly evaluate and explain the process involved. He made sure the correct grout color was being used. He's always a pleasure to work with. We previously had our travertine patio floor cleaned. We were so pleased with the results that we called KC Tile when we needed our porcelain tile floors cleaned and the grout resealed. We're amazed how clean the floors look. And the grout now looks like new. The workers were polite, professional and efficient. They even left us small bottles of grout if we ever need to touch up an area. During the project, the supervisor stopped by to check on the quality of the work. Impressive! The company is honest as well as professional. When we asked Scott if KC Tile could pressure wash our driveway pavers without sealing the driveway, he recommended someone else who does this work at a lower price. We appreciate the sincerity. They scheduled me quickly for installation the following week -- and that's where the problems began. On the day of my scheduled install, no one showed up. I called and texted the office multiple times and got no response. Hours later, I finally received a text telling me to "check my email." The email -- sent the night before at almost midnight -- claimed they couldn't come because "some guys had family issues." No phone call, no proper notice, and no courtesy to notify my contractor who was already at my home waiting. They rescheduled for the next day. Again -- no show. No calls, no texts answered, nothing. Then I received photos of a "work truck accident" as an explanation for the delay. After looking into it, the picture they sent me was from February 2024 -- not from that day. They passed off an old photo in an attempt to excuse another no-show. Completely dishonest and unacceptable. They rescheduled yet again for 8:30 AM the following morning. And guess what? No show -- a THIRD TIME. I had already paid 75% upfront, so at this point I honestly thought they were scamming me. They only communicate by text, and every response took forever -- extremely unprofessional for a business handling thousands of dollars in customer projects. After requesting to speak with Amber the manager (who never called me back), a technician suddenly called me (only phone ever received from that company) that he was "on the way." He arrived over two hours late. The countertop itself came out decent, but the chaos surrounding this install cost me $300 in contractor standby fees due to their repeated no-shows and lack of communication. I had additional projects I planned to do with them, but they will never get my business again.
