I brought in my pieces today and Joe greeted me at the counter and we worked the problem until the solution was found. It took several different stops in several different locations, but, Joe helped me piece it all together, got me the teflon tape I needed to be safe and after I brought it all home, my grill is finally working! She told me they had a few off-cuts and I could have one free of charge. I went there to pick one up and saw that the one I wanted had rough, sharp edges. I offered to pay them to clean up that edge and trim the piece a bit and they did it for free. I was not able to get them to take my money for this material and their labor. I can't imagine that any bad reviews here are valid. I've never been treated so nicely by a company who didn't make a penny off me. Melissa was so kind and courteous to me it was as if I were a customer paying for an expensive custom job. The guys in the shop were also very helpful.
