After multiple calls and texts, he finally showed up but refused to commit to any timelines and eventually stopped responding altogether. On top of that, many of my neighbors in the Crescent Hills community frequently complain about his work, citing poor quality and unreliable service. I ended up hiring Kyle at KTS Improvements instead and highly recommend you do the same. Greg overpromises but doesn't deliver--his work is subpar, and his customer service is terrible. Answering calls and following through shouldn't be that hard.

Called Gregg to set an appointment for an estimate on our yard which needs to be redone. The yard we have is a challenge and we told him what we would like and he also suggested some items. He stated that he would measure the yard and contact me with a quote. Did not hear from Greg and tried to call. Only got the voice mail. Tried to text but no reply. All of this was in August and still have not heard anything. I believe Greg did not want the business so no contact from him. Not a good for customer relations I would think. I Definitely would not use Cedar Creek Landscaping.

He sent the estimate the following day as promised and it stated all he and his crew would do. Very thorough and detailed. We had some delays to do our schedule, weather and his previous job adding concrete. Waiting for his work was worth it as Steve and his crew did one hella job! The set up, slope, finish and clean up was amazing!! So happy with his work and his crew was very professional, polite and answered any questions regarding the care of the concrete in the following days after it being poured. We won't hire anyone else!

I hired legacy in May. First week the trim popped off the baseboards. Next week the flooring…read morestarted peeling. Then I found a couple of areas where the flooring is not flush with the wall. The largest portion is in my laundry room, and water went right under the flooring through the gaps. Months of calling/texting Brady and he has not repaired anything. He does not return calls. The substandard materials and poor workmanship left my home looking trashy. Once they take your money they disappear and do not stand by their work.
