She is the finest Gynecologist I have ever had the "pleasure" of seeing. Lets face it having a pap isn't the ideal way of spending the day. But she knows her stuff so to speak; Gentle, kind, extremely knowledgeable and always there to answer any questions you might have. I always have questions, some of them have been laughable. I was having daily crippling pain in my pelvis for a year to the point I could not work. After an excision surgery in Boston to find the cause, my pain was only slightly better. I stumbled upon Inner Balance and was on a path to healing. I had a tight and dysfunctional pelvic floor, pelvis and low back from years of bracing due to stress and pain. I have a home routine and visit twice a week as well as see Dr. Arnold who has a realistic and individualized approach to treating women's pain.
