He assured us of his knowledge and experience installing fences. He told us that he had a close group of employees that would be working with him to complete our job and that he does not believe in sub contracting. We hired him in mid April and he promised to have the job completed by early May. Noble Landscaping didn't start working on our project until the second week of May. The owner told us that he decided to do a project for his father instead of starting on our job. By week 1, the holes were dug for the poles. Week 2, the poles were cemented in. In week 3, we were told that Noble Landscaping's entire crew stopped working for him and that he would have to find other people to finish the fence. New people came to my house and hung the fence but did not stretch or tighten it to the poles. The owner fired this group of people and sub contracted the repairs for the messed up sections to another company. He dug holes for the wooden part of my fence and concreted them. He completely messed up the spacing of the poles and the angles at witch they stood. He confessed to me that he was in over his head and was not experienced enough to do this job. That man quit. It took 2 weeks for the owner of Noble Landscaping find a solution to finish my fence. He was just to busy completing other jobs. He subcontracted our job out again. AQ fencing came out and undid half disaster that was left by Noble Landscaping. By early July Noble landscaping subcontracted them again to complete most of what was left. It is now July 15th. My fence is still not completed. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for Noble landscaping to build and hang a 10 foot gate on my fence. The owner will no longer answer our calls or reply to our texts. His lack of communication has been an ongoing problem. I would not recommend this company. It has been 3 months and the job is not complete. There is trash and debris all over my back yard. There is a pile of hardened concrete mix bags sitting in my driveway. Beware of giving this company money before they complete a job for you!

THE PAST 2024 MOWING SEASON: The initial phone conversation and in person meeting were both…read morepositive. Then it was downhill after that. My yard needs lots of landscaping upgrades so I was happy to have the owner come out and look things over. My immediate need was lawn mowing and trimming for the summer with adding in some large and small projects. The owner came and we walked my small yard. He took pictures and I was given a quote for the mowing. It was reasonable and I felt positive about moving forward. Then when they came earlier than expected to mow, I was sure I made the right choice. It is always nice to come home from work to a freshly cut lawn. But with this 1st cut, the loose cut grass remained, not raked, bagged or in the expected grass catcher. My bad for not asking as that is something that was just automatically done with my last lawn professionals. A few days later I was walking the property and found that on one side of my house the grass/weeds were overgrown and had been missed on the mowing day. I also found that a section behind the house was left untouched as well. Also found was a lawn decoration that had been mowed down and broken. If I had know they were coming it is something I would have removed. It wasn't expensive but it showed a disregard for my property. The fact that it wasn't mentioned is what bothered me. I texted the owner about the unmowed areas and also mentioned the lawn ornament and a few other things that I noticed had happened when the mowers came through. The owner texted me back and said bagging & dumping would be an additional $10.00 per mow. And to mow the other side of my house, which is actually just a small buffer between me and my neighbor, would be an extra $10.00. If you come out and spend as much time with me walking & discussing a property as small as mine, and you give me a quote afterwards, I don't expect an immediate price increase of $20.00 after just one mow. I moved on to another lawn professional whose quote was the same as my original quote from Globe Green. $20.00 per mow less, with glass clippings automatically removed with their mower and no areas of this small yard left unmowed. AND, the price stayed the same for the season.

Perhaps he's having a bad year, or month. I have never been treated like this. I have been an outstanding client. I am astonished by his lack of professionalism with a client who has always been kind, prompt with payment, and lavish with praise. I am extremely disappointed and very, very disturbed by the way I have been treated by him. I am a retired English teacher - certified in two states - so my skills in communication are above par. This has nothing to do with how I have been carelessly and disrespectfully treated.

They do not communicate with customers and they make no effort to correct communication issues they have.  I called after 2 weeks to ask for a follow up seeding and was told to wait another week. I waited another week and it didn't fill in, so I called back.  They said they would get me in by the end of that week. The end of that week came and went with no call and no answer to multiple voicemails that I left. I called the beginning of the next week and was told that would be here Wednesday if the weather was good.  After another no show for a perfectly sunny Wednesday and no call, I called and was told they would try to fit me in by Friday afternoon. They finally came 3 weeks after I made the initial request, hoping that the seed germinates before we get a frost. During the first visit, they had some kind of issue with their truck and leaked a lot of hydraulic oil on the street in front of my house. They couldn't figure it out and moved the truck down across from my neighbors and leaked a lot more hydraulic oil onto the street in from of their house. The person who answers the phone could not answer my questions about fertilizing and mowing timing, and said somebody would call me back to discuss.  I just gave up after multiple calls requesting to talk to somebody that knew. Also, they did not answer requests I sent by email using the "Contact Us" link on their website. I would have moved on from this company but wanted the same seed and color where I had large bare spots so I felt trapped.  I don't usually leave reviews, but hope this one will make potential customers think twice.
