One was small crack in the back of the house under my siding, this crack leads into my garage which has a 3 ft cement wall which also had a crack in it. First time I called Nick was back in 2018. I had a deck removed and there was a crack on the outside foundation which went into the sub basement and which lead into the my garage which has 3ft cement wall. I was having a sunroom built in that that spot where the deck use to be. The builder who was building the sunroom told me to have the crack fixed before he would put down the cement post for the sunroom. The person who was buiding the sunroom told me the builders never put flashing under the deck & under the siding. I went into the garage and I could actually see sunlight coming into the garage from the crack on the outside where the deck use to be. We had torrential rainfall for 2 days and I couldn't believe how much water was coming in from the outside crack into the crack in the garage. I called Saber Concrete Repair the next day Nick came out to look at it. He had to go into the sub basement where he saw the hugh crack. He came the next day and fixed the cracks not only on the outside, but in the sub basement and in the garage wall. He had to inject the walls from inside of the sub basement into the garage wall and held them together with pins. Still holding together since 2018. When I came home that night I saw that thé the driveway is not straight across at the end. Lady came out next day and said yeah, it's not straight but that's how it came out. What?!? She then tells me that they actually gave me about a foot more than 70' on the long end so I should be happy. It's very nice they gave me a foot more but they made it look ridiculous by doing it! If you are going to add more out of the kindness of your heart then have the customer service mentality to make it look nice ? Or at least be straight? Her answer they can come cut all the extra off and make it straight. Not trim it - take all of it. Now I'm not trying to be greedy, but they already ripped up more than a foot more of my yard to put the pavement down than I wanted! I realized that customer service was no where to be found in this conversation I asked her how much - heck if she offered me 100 off I would have been happy ... but no. Nothing. I have 125' straight driveway with 2 car garage to the left. While doing the most important part…read morenear the house, their equipment started leaking fluid all over the driveway. They came back 2 days later to get the broken equipment and to finish the driveway. The final product was an unlevel surface which pooled water right behind the cars. I did have the driveway sealed. These areas froze in the winter and both my daughter, and I slipped getting into our cars. Come spring, I called to see about the unevenness. their response was for 1/2 price they would seal the driveway. Not fixing the issue. They did end up grinding the uneven surface to reduce the pooling. I needed to reseal the driveway again. What bothered me the most is their excuse for the ridge was due to the driveway shape. This was the 3rd time the driveway has been done in 45 yrs. it wasn't a problem 2x before. it really should be 2.5 stars.

Nicole came out, measured…read moreand drew a sketch of the driveway as I looked over some documents she brought on insurance, jobs done, and other basic information. The estimate was provided end of 2024 for a 2025 install. Date set, confirmed and the crew showed up. Al, the owner reviewed the project with me and they set to work pulling all the old asphalt and then digging down at least 9" and in some spots further to remove so large rocks. The graded it out, set some base stone, and compacted. Due to wet weather it took a few days before they could lay asphalt. Started about 9 and ended around 1. Very careful, detailed, and an awesome job. I highly recommend Pittore Bros.
