I also browsed the bags and while they had some great name brands, they wanted $50 for very well worn Kate Spade bags. I can get a brand new one from NordstromRack for $75, or the Kate Spade outlet for $99. Why would I pay $50 for something that's missing half its leather?! When I was there looking for picture frames, there was also only one cashier but she was over at the service desk so it made the checkout process very confusing for a lot of people. And they also don't provide bags anymore. Thankfully I had reusable ones out in my car for the two books and one picture frame I got, but imagine going in planning to refresh your wardrobe and then having to schlepp it out to your car in just a pile/heap instead of bags. How bizarre. Goodwill is officially off my thrifting list.

There are enough spaces between sections for guests to shop without feeling cramped. During my visit, I saw most ladies spend their time at clothing section. Many of them ended up loading pile of clothing on the cart. Price must be good. I was hoping to find a vintage bag to restore and resell on Poshmart. But I was disappointed after walking through the purse and luggage section because of its marked up price. A unbranded leather wallet in its final life span cost 5 dollars. One thing to note first is that their location is no longer where Yelp has it, but at a new spot. I was lucky enough to meet the owner when I went in and they were kind enough to let me own cabinets for jewelry and even look at the processing racks of clothes. I was able to find a nice ring, a slip for under a dress, and a nice anthropology dress for a $30! The shop is quite small, but there are tons of vintage clothes, as well as name brands to look through! Everything seemed to be of high value and the owner was super helpful. I can't wait to come back again and check out what is new!

Especially compared to buying new items these days. The kitchen section is also worth checking out. I got a stainless steel pan here that's become my favorite to use. The furniture pieces are definitely my favorite part of shopping here. They consistently carry well-made older pieces. I've been gradually replacing my cheaper furniture with timeless finds from Second Image.
