Supper friendly, and great customer service all around. At the time I went to get seen for lower back problems I was in a whole lot of pain, could burly walk and was breathing heavily at times. I came to The Well Chiropractic after a car accident in December. Dr. Kelsey listened to my symptoms, took some X-rays, and developed a treatment plan that provided a roadmap to healing. He's nice, professional and they have a rewards system where your 10th visit is free if insurance doesn't cover your visits. the most recent photos of the bloody towel showing up for the location is because that's all of the blood that was rushing out of my skull from fainting on the ground at this establishment when they showed me my x rays when we we're standing up and no one was watching me, a textbook trigger for vasovagal syncope which I have since been diagnosed with after a long night in the emergency room following weeks of excruciating pain from the concussion obtained from fainting on their cold hard floors. the male FAKE "doctor" left the room after I shared that I was paralyzed and could not move...he claims that I was "alert" but how could he know because I woke up on their floor ALONE AND BLEEDING OUT. I visited the office yesterday for I slipped rib which happens to me about twice a year. I was very impressed with Dr. Garst's office. It had a very relaxing atmosphere. After filling out my intake paperwork I was taken to a back room where I was explain all the services that were provided and was showing a video about chiropractic services. I have to say I learned a couple of things from that video. I then saw Dr. Garst who treated me and successfully popped my rib back into place. What I liked most was that I received a call from the doctor to check on me the following morning. Unheard of I have never. My Husbands job is very physically demanding and he has had a fair amount of aches and pains in his back, neck, shoulders etc. He isn't someone to complain, however I thought it would be in his best interest for him to visit a Chiropractor. I scheduled the appointment and sent him in to see Dr. Eric. My hubby was against the idea from the minute, I told him he was going however he went (for me). After the initial consultation he had nothing but good things to say about Dr. Eric and his practice personally however he was still not sold on the need to see a Chiropractor. I convinced him to stick with it and go for a second visit which he did. After the third visit he had to call me (all excited) to tell me that he can move his neck further than he has been able to in years.
