I cannot stress enough how great Dr. Thomas is. At 24 years old I was having very weird symptoms, I had been to the ER and a number of other specialists. He was not experienced at all with placing a needle for EBOO therapy and stuck me several times. He was completely unorganized and had no nurse in person to assist. He seems to be more about profit. I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease caused from an immune system reaction to a steroid shot. He was only concerned about treating me with HORMONE REPLACEMENT and not getting to the real root cause of all my horrible issues. Beware.

As I mentioned in my previous review, I paid my $40 copay at the time of my visit and even kept the receipt--both a paper copy and proof in my bank statement. Now, weeks later, I received another $40 bill in the mail for the same visit. I called CareFirst directly, and they confirmed I do not owe any additional copays. This kind of billing practice is unacceptable and misleading. Having worked in a medical office myself, I've never seen anything like it. Be cautious, everyone--double-check everything and always keep your receipts.

I recently scheduled an appointment and they made the appointment with Dr. Jeffries's PAs (Dr. Jeffries isn't available until April) and the one was focused on nothing but my most recent MRI from 7 months ago which they should have already reviewed and made sure they received. You'll only meet with Dr. Jeffries once a year maybe but the rest of your appointments will be with his PAs. It is also very odd that the earliest availability for existing patients to see Dr. Jeffries is 5 months out (I scheduled in November). I am use to receiving care from the Neurologist themselves and they are usually tracking my blood work and MRIs very closely. With that, I've found a new Neurologist who I feel will provide said device and care.
