Found out the hard way, they did not do or prescribe what I wanted period and staff should be aware of this or ask before making an appointment. $111.98 down the drain! and pushy to get me to make another appointment to give me part of what I needed. It seems like they want you to keep coming back to get what should have been down the first time. I should have know better. There does not seem like there are any doctors out there anymore. Most are scared to give certain prescriptions but that is why they are there. Not at all like who I went to who retired and the one before him and before him etc. They were real doctors unlike what you have now. I was so mad! I understand, in some case it is really hard to diagnose, but as a well-trained and qualified doctor, at least you should give some suggestions and your own opinion, rather than keep yelling "I do not know how to do with him, especially when your patient is just a baby.

They wanted me to wait come in for urinalysis and wait for 3 days for the results before they would provide me relief. In the past they have prescribed antibiotics for immediate relief before without a fuss. But the new practice has no qualms about having women patients suffer for a few days.

The nurses are friendly and attentive. Rosemary, the provider I saw, is a lovely, caring woman that made me feel like my issues were important to her. I came in to address a shoulder injury and she has done everything in her power to help with pain and diagnosis, as well as frequent follow ups asking about my MRI appointment. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic. They have exceeded my expectations!

I met Dr. Kwon in the foyer of my condo complex and found out that we had the same last names and that he was a general practitioner. Looking for a doctor, I quickly made an appointment and jetted off to Silver Spring. Dr. Kwon's office was clean and quaint - lots of little old Korean ladies who hadn't quite caught on to the English craze here in America - but hey, it's a niche market and you have to cater to the customer if you're going to survive. Very friendly, gets back to you quickly, and doesn't talk down to you when you ask a question. I have kept him on (even though I've been using the VA medical center lately too) as my doc and will continue to go to him in the future.
