She actually called and fought with the insurance company to get us into a rental car. She offered to fax the police report to the insurance company for us. She was super friendly and great in customer service. We took our car to this shop because the tow truck driver recommended it. They fixed our car very quickly which I appreciate. And they have a life time warranty on their work (thank God because I had to take it back). When I picked up my car it initially looked fantastic! I was hit on my passenger side. So I get into the car though and my drivers seat cover had been removed and there was a rip in the seat. When I confronted them about it they calmed it was "dry rot" caused by the sun. Which I don't believe because that's why I had a cover on it! So I asked why the cover was removed and they stated it must have slipped off. Again I don't believe that either as the cover clips under neath the seat, meaning it would have had to be manually removed. This was just a losing battle to begin with. When I went to open my passenger door it was catching on the side fender. When I took it back to get fixed the guy I talked to on the phone seemed really annoyed. Not good customer service. Don't get annoyed at me that you didn't fix my car right. You offer a life time warrenty. So either fix it right the first time or do it again. When I actually went into the shop though the guy offered to fix if right there on the spot. He said he was a quick fix and had me on my way fairly quickly. Not sure that I would return again, just because the fact that if you're going to act like I'm a burden I'll take my money else where. 3 stars. Not terrible service. But definitely could improve.

After repair went to pick up vehicle and both front and rear bumpers had damage, worse than when it was brought in. They repaired both bumpers without explaining what happened, wasting my time. 2. Asked to install new black competition stripes on both sides, bought lower side stripes and they only changed the drivers side. I noticed it and asked where the other one was and they kept it. I asked them to install it as it was included in my price. They did the repair on drivers side. 3. Contacted Kilkeary's strip technician Tim C. Asked to replace a bumper stripS on my 2018 SHELBY GT 350 BU,PER STRIPES ONLY. Washington Ford recommended Kilkeary's so I called them. We agreed on a price to remove and reinstall bumper stripes only ($250). After 3 hours,he couldn't get the bumper off or the glue. He had no Rapid Remover liquid gel to remove the glue but did have a heat gun. He asked me to remove it, which I did and I removed the glue with my own Rapid Remover liquid! He came back and installed the stripes in 1 hour but refused to reduce his price because he still gave me 3 hours OF USELESS REMOVAL! He ONLY DID 1 USEFUL HOUR AND DID MY OWN REMOVAL! It's not my fault he failed! Criminal! I gave him an out by reducing his price but he wouldn't do it! Buyer beware! Check everything!!! I have pictures if you'd like to see them.

I dropped my car off and they looked at it right away. To my relief, they explained that my car was fine and why the grinding was happening. While I waited, they turned the TV on for me and had a very nice waiting area. They didn't even charge me for looking at the car--I know other shops would have or would have tried to replace the brakes. I will be returning!
