Domenic, the owner, talked me through the process and several weeks later, once the adjuster came out to give me an estimate, I took my Escape to them to do the necessary repairs. A couple of weeks ago I met with Philipp's owner, Domenic Donnangelo, who was not only the nicest guy, he was also thoughtful, honest, and knowledgeable in his recommendations, which were based on options that would save me money. The work took 2-1/2 days, I was charged the exact amount that was estimated and extremely reasonable, and when I went to pick up the car Domenic walked me around it and pointed out what work was performed. They had even touched up some tiny problem areas that I hadn't noticed before. AND--they washed the car, exterior and interior. My car looked beautiful.
