The bar was filled with a trendy ambiance of warm candles, books and cool original art pieces with a nice vibe of upscale patrons. A lovely bubbly server immediately brought us menus and introduced us to the restaurant that was filled with well dressed mostly female patrons surrounding the L shaped bar. Signature Sangrias are the go to drinks and I ordered the Kumquat Sangria that uses locally sourced Kumquats for a special one of a kind citrus based Sangria. Definitely a must try drink that comes with an optional kick of Southern Comfort on the side. My wife got the Very Berry Sangria that came filled with fruit and included chop sticks for eating the fruit. A Great Drink as well. The wine was lightly sweet and not dry. The blueberry flatbread tasted more of the caramelized onions and the blueberry drizzle added a little hint of sweetness and tartness. My favorite though was the blueberry shortcake. It was soft and the blueberry compote was absolutely delicious. Although it was rich, it didn't feel heavy. I wish I had gotten another slice. In general, I've been here before and it's nice and cozy inside with great service! I love trying all the flavors available with their wine and beer flights (some are seasonal).
