I'm not sure when was the last time I seen a one level mall. I think only once in my life..Anyways this mall doesn't really have any major brand anchors stores. No Macys or Dillards.. I really like this mall despite quite a few bad reviews. Occupancy seems very high compared to other malls, and I think there are more off-normal stores here as well. The food court is good, better than many. It's extremely large, so you can get your walking steps in very easily while making about 3 laps. Also, if you have kids, this place has a few places like Legoland, aquarium, Peppa Pig, and Rainforest Cafe to entertain them. My favorite place to shop for great deals! They have a variety of stores that I can always find what I need. They have great clothing stores. The best time to go is Monday-Thursday, there is way less people. They also have a nice aquarium there that I would recommend. read more

Yesterday was my first time visiting this mall, hence its more than 40 mins from my home. However, I was in the area at the time & wanted to check it out. This mall is HUGE !! You could be walking around all day just shopping away. As for myself, I went to Nike, who was having a pretty good sale as usual. Then on to MissA, which was my 1st time visiting as well. The store is mainly online based & this location is the only place they have that you can physically shop in. It's a beauty based store where everything is $1, yes only a $1!! It was really nice although I think they need a bigger store every thing was pretty cramped. If I wasn't so hungry I would've stayed about 2 more hours, but all & all I'm sure I'll be back! read more

Nothing special about it. It's like any of the other "Mills" across the country! Never any good deals. But has ever store you want and need!

Great mall with a number of popular stores and attractions. You can spend hours here and we did. A teen/toddler dream because it's something for everyone. Prices are reasonable, but it huge and alot of walking. Not sure about food court didn't visit it. But plenty of parking and entries and sitting areas. read more

I have no problem admitting that when I shop, I head over to the clearance rack as soon as I step foot inside the store. I just don't feel the need to spend a ton to look good. Besides, I know I'm fine so it ain't hard. (joking lol) Grapevine Mills does that for me. It's like most of the stores I do shop in are already slashed prices, and that's not on a clearance rack. Also, I am a woman of thicker proportions, with tons of hips and curves and this mall really is one of the only malls that has a dedicated store for women that have a little more cushion for the pushin if you know what I'm saying :) Forever 21 DOES have the FAITH21 line and every time I go the section seems to get bigger which is awesome! Also, Piatra is a store that carries trendier plus size clothing for women so you can look smoking hot for less. I also like all of the outlet stores that they have, but if you go its a must to wear comfy shopping shoes and pack light in the purse area ladies because you will be doing some walking. read more

This mall has a very large selection of stores. However, the stores I was interested in were few and far between. I don't think we even made it through a third of the mall during our visit and my feet were killing me by the time we left. The kiosk vendors were a bit pushy and I felt a bit like I was at a carnival. They have a Texas store that has every Texas knickknack you could ever want. I think my favorite were the Texas shaped sunglasses. Classy. Based on the stores and "attractions", including a skate park, I don't think I am the target audience for this mall. read more

Cool mall! Has everything! It's an outlet mall with entertainment (round one), restaurants, plethora of food and shopping choices. My daughter typically plays basketball here (at the grapevine fieldhouse) and we like to go around and shop after, or beforehand. Just like everyone else has stated before... Grapevine Mills may look like a mall, but technically it isn't. It's more like an huge oval indoor mishmash of shopping venues with entertainment items thrown in. Grapevine Mills sells itself as an "Outlet Center". But to be honest, it isn't completely. For example, they do have a JCPenny Outlet Store and a Off Saks Fifth Avenue but you'll run across typical un-outlet stores like Burlington Coat Factory or Marshall's. But unlike a typical mall, they have an enormous Movie Theater in the back (30 screens), an indoor ice rink (which is starting to become less uncommon) and if you need to unlock your cellphone, this is the place to do so. At the time of this review they are going through a bit of re-construction. They've closed GameWorks (a large two-story arcade with a restaurant) and WoodWard Skatepark (an indoor skatepark and skate store) and are currently working on replacing them with a indoor Aquarium (opening Spring 2011) and Legoland (I believe, opening the same time as the Aquarium). Anyhow, if you have to go to a real mall, take the short drive to Vista Ridge Mall but I think you'll find a lot to like within Grapevine Mills on it's own. read more

O MAH GAWD This place is huge. The movie theater is giant. There's a freakin skate park in the mall. The arcade is two stories. Virgin Megastore Neiman Marcus Rainforest Cafe (fabulous time) Food Court Galore Gianormous Burlington Coat Factory Lunar Mini Golf and the store I heart so very much Steve and Barry's *le sigh* ...and the list goes on and on! The thing I like the most about this mall (besides the fact that you can pretty much get anything and everything you need here for Christmas, back to school, yourself, etc...) is that you can walk for miles and miles here and really enjoy all the people watching just in itself. read more

As the name says this mall is located at Grapevine. Getting to this place is easy on GPS. There are lots of parking outside the Mall but it's almost impossible to find one closest to the entry points of the mall. Mostly our entry would be near Rainforest restaurant. Most of the brands are available here but some of the food brands like Calvin Klein , Holister, Adidas , Macy's, Kohls are not available here. The way this mall is setup is going to get you to make the long walk because the directories are not placed well. There is only one food court but the range of food options is mostly concentrated on Chinese and Thai cuisine. The only link which decides the mall is the store FOREVER21. The good part about this store is that we can get samples of chicken for free when you browse through the food court. They also have Ross and Marshall for those who are interested in Economy shopping. This Mall should get more brands and install more directories at various places for better directions for the people. read more

Fun mall! Very large, lots of people. Bathrooms were on the gross side, but there are a lot of attractions like the Rainforest Cafe and the aquarium. Also, there were multiple stores catered towards anime fans, which was cool. Definitely a place to check out on your afternoon off. read more

Feels a lot like walking around in a tourist trap where random people are constantly soliciting you for free samples and to join opinion polls. Can't walk and have conversation without having to say "no thank you" every 2 minutes. The layout of the mall is strange. Overall, it is a typical American style mall. What happened to you, Grapevine!? I remember when I used to walk through the doors and be amazed at how giganticly huge and awesome the place was. Now, I walk through the doors and am saddened at how ghetto it's gotten. A lot of the good stores I liked (like the BCBG clearance store) are gone and replaced with perfume and luggage stores. It has definitely lost its luster. I DID see they added an aquarium and Lego Amusement Park, which I thought was really cool. An aquarium in a mall!? I live down the street from here and go to this mall every so often. Today I went and used the public restrooms by entrance 6. I was horrified by the condition of the bathroom!! It looked like a 3rd world country in there. Toilet paper all over the place, absolutely no toilet paper in the stalls, toilets clogged, and just dirty!!! I was so disgusted I had to walk out and not use the bathroom. Probably won't go to that mall anymore. read more

Disclaimer: I'm not a mall person. I think this mall is 3 1/2 stars. I would say 3 stars, from my perspective, but I don't think this mall was made for me. It's geared toward a different crowd and I think it delivers at 4 stars for those people. This is popular with the mall walkers on weekdays, and why wouldn't it be?? It's huge, huuuuggggeee and only one level. I think if you looped it, it would be a mile. My feet hurt when I look at it. This is an outlet mall so it has your high end stores instead of the typical department stores. A lot of businesses have moved or closed down in the past two or three years. Personally, I really miss the JCP outlet, that store was awesome. They do have a pretty good Burlington and Ross though. However, being an outlet mall, I think lots of people are coming for high end brands at discounted prices. This mall is very family friendly! By the AMC in the back they have both Sea Life and Lego Land at entrance 5. They also have several play areas and plenty of ice cream and candy shops. There are a lot of stores geared toward children as well. Not all malls can keep all family members patient, so that is great! For me, this is waaaaayyyyy too crowded. There are people everywhere and the weekends and holidays are out of control. I suggest looking at their map so you can enter at the closest entrance or store with outside access to avoid too much jostling. Their interactive map isn't very mobile friendly, check on a computer. There is a fair amount of dining inside and outside of the mall. Though it is spread out, most of it is in the food court between entrance 5 and 6. They have 3 Auntie Anne's and lots of food stands spread out. Depending on the direction you come from, your GPS will freak out. Use your eyes because there are a lot of signs and you can enter from multiples streets because of the size. If you come from 26, you should have no problems. If you come from 2499, your GPS will be very angry because Stars & Stripes isn't an actual street name. Feel free to turn on it though and you'll see the mall within a minute... or one of the nineteen streets that have some variation of Grapevine Mills in the name. This mall frequently does events and uses their ginormous parking lot for Camp Jeep each year too! read more

Mill means More LoL that's what comes to mind when I enter any MILL. My family and I were introduced to Mills while residing in the DMV where we frequented Arundel Mills. We thought that place was a gem and had everything you could imagine until we got to the Carolinas and discovered Concord Mills where they had an aquarium in the mall which was Whoa and a outdoor race car track. Entering this Mills was very exciting as we went to check out LegoLand not knowing it was located inside the mall. This place had everything the other mills had and more. The food court was intriguing as well even though I DO NOT eat mall food because of the limited healthy choices. This Mill had MORE in the form of Healthy eating options. In addition the store choices were awesome and we couldn't even make it all the way through the mall with the time we had. Did I mention they had a bungee jumping station where the children got a chance to jump up and down as I filmed. SUPER FUN.. read more

It's a nice size mall with lots of shop. They ask have a movie theater, LegoLand, and SeaLife aquarium for the little ones. There's even an arcade/bowling alley/karaoke room. So moms can shop and dad and kids can go play! Everybody wins! Everything is on one level so put on your walking shoes and be prepare to do lots of walking. I mainly like coming here for the Nike Outlet, ADIDAS, H&M, and Saks. They always have some sort of sale/promo going on, which is nice because who doesn't like a deal? read more

Grapevine Mills is a huge collection of outlet stores and regular retail stores. The best thing is that the entire mall is indoors, so you can check out some outlets without walking around in the heat/rain/ice/tornado. The mall is separated into neighborhoods, but you can easily get lost. Some of the stores can be accessed from 2 different neighborhoods so if you go in one door and out another you'll be in a new neighborhood. A few of the stores are great and you may find some good deals or items in your size that you couldn't find anywhere else. It's worth it to check out the J. Crew, Ann Taylor, and Banana Republic because they do have some pretty good discounts compared to the regular stores. On the other hand, some stores claim to be factory outlets, but they have the same pricing you can find at a regular mall. For example, the Express Factory Outlet that just opened had regularly priced $70 dresses from last season that weren't marked down any further and all you get is a 40% off "grand opening discount". You might do better going to a regular mall and using a coupon. Driving here was 30 minutes from Fort Worth and 30 minutes from Dallas, so Grapevine Mills is centrally located. However, there's nothing to see on the drive in but concrete bridges and airplanes and I felt like I was driving forever. It's even worse that I leave empty handed almost every time. If Grapevine Mills happens to have an item in your size that you can't find at a regular mall or if you're visiting from out of town and staying nearby, I suppose a trip here would be worth it, but this mall is not a gem that impresses. read more

This place has a major rat problem! You can go outside and see rats by the dumpsters and in the food court! Totally disgusting! This mall is an outlet mall but the food court is so expensive. Love the mall, but it's the only mall I have been to in Dallas where people stop you and ask / beg for money such as a guy who wants $20 to sponsor a team from Valenzuela or the man who hands you a paper asking for money for a deaf society. Grapevine Mills is a great mall to find a huge variety of quality items at outlet prices all in one convenient place. Bargains abound here and you can't go wrong...except... Don't go on a Saturday afternoon - especially during the holidays. It's INCREDIBLY crowded and the long lines will definitely frustrate you. AND beware of children (and even some adults) who ride those stupid motorized animals throughout the mall. Who the heck thought it was a great idea to rent out motorized vehicles to children to maneuver in and out of mall traffic on a crowded Saturday afternoon?? I was slammed into and tripped up from behind by one of those ridiculous things and I wanted to slap the kid's parent. If I'd been an elderly mall-goer things might have been far worse than "just" a ruined boot. Stupidest idea ever! If you're looking to avoid the crowds then plan on being there when the mall opens at 11 on a Sunday morning. We've found this the best time to get in, do some quality shopping and get out before things get crazy. And watch out for unsupervised kids riding on pink elephants. I would have given this mall a full five stars if it wasn't for the motorized animal fiasco. read more

Grapevine Mills has an excellent selection of stores and restaurants nearby. I like the aquarium and Legoland for the kids. RoundOne Bowling is an interesting addition to a mall. Most other outlet malls in the DFW area are outdoor malls. This one is completely enclosed and air conditioned, so it's great during the hot Texas summers, cold winter days and rainy days. Not the fanciest of malls by any means but it gets the job done. It's a nice spot to chill with family or friends if you're ever bored. Plenty of top notch shops aimed for the middle class. Also lots of food and entertainment options in here like lunar mini golf, rainforest cafe, legoland, etc. The Potato Corner and Aunt Anne's pretzels are my favorite snacks in here. I dont play pokemon go anymore, but I remember there were a lot of people that would come to the mall for that game, so i guess Grapevine Mills has that going for it. Grapevine Mills Mall is full of interesting stores and restaurants, but it is poorly laid out. I'm sure it's great for mall walkers, but if someone is shopping and just wants to cut through to the other side without trudging through the entire mall, this just doesn't seem possible. It can be very frustrating and exhausting. Also, the sales people working in many of the kiosks are EXTREMELY pushy and aggressive. They are enough to keep me from going into this mall. I don't like to be pounced on and my personal space invaded, especially when I'm just out having a leisurely shopping day. After my last experience on Thursday, Sept 30, 2021, I will definitely think twice about going to this mall. The guy at the kiosk outside of Chili's was extremely obnoxious, trying to lure people in by calling everyone "Debbie", and Jacob, at bella terra cosmetic kiosk was VERY aggressive trying to sell me products. I really don't think these selling techniques should be allowed. read more

Grapevine Mills used to be like an outlet mall with a huge arcade attached. But, while it has retained many of its outlet stores, it has now transitioned to almost an indoor amusement park of sorts. From Sea Life to Lego Land, to the multiple "rides" throughout the mall, Grapevine Mills has become heavily for the kiddos. So, naturally, there is great Pokémon hunting here with plenty of stops. The mall is designed in a big loop, so you will literally be walking in circles, but with enough shops and fun to keep both the adults and kids in the family satisfied, Grapevine Mills has become a great Saturday morning/afternoon family day. But, beware that this place can get CROWDED during the weekends. But, for those of us without the kiddos, perhaps, this is not the best mall for you. I don't think the deals are that great, and there are multiple outlet malls around the DFW area that may be easier to navigate and have more options. All in all, for families, I recommend Grapevine Mills, but for those without kids, it may not be the best option. read more

Though it is good in size and plenty of the most common needed shopee's, the Restrooms are absolutely disgusting. The mall's overall presentation is more of upper scale and the restrooms are just not up to parr. Please clean the restrooms every 1 hour, put some scented aromas in there as it smells horrid. Trash everywhere. Everything else is good as far as directory and finding the needed shops you need. Great mall, just poor cleanliness. read more
