Do not under any circumstance take anything here if it involves their service department. Lies, excuses, runarounds, "waiting on an O ring that's on back order" then two weeks later they're waiting on an O ring on back order but it's not the same one... right. Warranty gives them specific instructions on what they require to get the process going and they'll half ass it to no end. I would 100% not take their word for anything if I were you and just call warranty myself and see exactly who's court the ball is in, because these puds will say they're waiting on warranty every single time- If they're not busy dodging your calls. At one point they were "waiting on warranty" for a week and a half but the reality was they didn't have a bay open to tear down our engine SOME MORE because they'd done the absolute minimum work and then just moved it outside. I called them myself at that point just to see how deep the BS would get. Then we get the machine back and can't even make sure they didn't jack up multiple things when they pull it out and our marine speakers are pointed at the sky (???) and we have an entire rock light and wire missing. Just missing. Those all work together, the ambient lights in our light bars are wired up with them, everything about this accessories system is linked together with the same control box. So this one thing they ripped out is about to cost hours and hours of undoing everything else, getting it all out of the split loom, looking at an entire new set of rock lights and re-wiring everything to a new control box. The employees in the shop go get some life lessons in the machines they're working on- or maybe just get a detailing job somewhere. And your service managers seem like you plucked them out of some pot of your kids friends who need a job. The last one was talking like we were going to have to pay out of pocket on a WARRANTY job for service hours that were entirely his fault because he didn't have them do what was asked to begin with. (Not just once. But THREE times.) It's been garbage since week one. And now some poor man is having to come sweep up the mess he didn't make because the people around him are so inept they just think you can rip off someone's accessory on a $30k machine and it's no big deal. I'd love to say I wish I knew exactly who did the final rock light nail in the coffin so we can make him personally responsible for undoing everything, installing new everything, and buttoning it all back up for free... but I'd rather know it was done correctly and have it done before riding season so luckily for them, that counts this entire team out. Communication was poor throughout -- I had to call repeatedly just to get updates and keep things moving. What should've been a quick repair turned into nearly two months. This review is a 2/5 because of the consistent misleading information, wasting of my time + miles due to misleading information, terrible markups, and the pressure & general attitude of Daniel. It's *not* a 1/5 only because of Devin. I was looking for a 2024 Ninja 500 ABS, which they had in stock on their website. After calling, Devin instructed the Ninja was sold several days prior and was no longer available. Fine. Instead, Devin told me about sales on a CFMOTO 450SS, MSRP $5,699, on sale for $5,399. I asked about demo/test rides, as the Kawasaki manufacturer's website lists their location as one with these criteria. Devin said no to new bikes (not without purchasing + insurance), but used bikes could be demoed with only an adequate m-endorsement license and gear, and that he'd be happy to let me demo a used bike to feel what'd be comparable to the sport bike I want. I then asked for the OTD price and was told $7500 over the phone. I told Devin "Thank you" for his time, as my price is no more than tax + maybe $5-800 in dealer fees. A $2200 markup is insanity. Devin told me he'd see what he could do, and a few minutes later, I received a call back from Daniel, the manager. Daniel yaps his mouth quickly and comes off condescending. He asked me what it was I expected to pay, reminding me it was a new motorcycle, and I would be paying appropriate prices. I let Daniel know my intention of paying sub $7000 OTD on a $5300 bike, and he told me if I could come in today and check out the bike, he'd be willing to make a deal more in line with my expectations. Great! I set aside time from work, re-texted Devin to verify test-drive requirements, brought my gear, and drove up to Grapevine to get a test drive on a comparable bike and check out the CFMOTO 450SS. On getting there, Daniel greeted me and directed me to Devin. Devin spent about 30m answering any of my questions and selling me on getting the CFMOTO 450SS. However, I might mention he stated some misleading information to sell me on it. After, I sat down and spoke with Devin about getting that test ride. He began to answer, then said, "Oh! I forgot to ask: when did you get your m-endorsement?" I told him I'd gotten it last June, to which he thought for a moment and said instead of a test ride around the block, he'd have to keep me constrained to a parking lot. That's reasonable. Then Daniel sits down and says, "OK! Lets make a deal." I asked him to draw me up a price, and he just wrote on a sticky note, "5399+ TAX+FEES = $7500," and said, "This is what I'm at right now." I ask him where he's getting his fees from and tell him I'm not paying $2200 in excess prices. Daniel tells me they remain competitive with any dealer around, and that he has to pay for shipment, freight, and assembly (all they do is fill it up and put a battery in it + inspection -_-) and rattles off all these other 'oh, give me sympathy' excuses that he has to pay for to sell me the bike. Nevermind that he'd told me OTP I'd be able to work with him on the pricing, not take time out of my day to make an hour drive just to be told the same godforsaken price when the 2025 models are just a month or two around the corner. Their dealer had plenty of 24's to sell. I said, "Fine, but if I wanted to do that test drive around the parking lot?" and Daniel blinked at me and answered nonchalantly, "Sure! Let me get that credit app on your phone, we can do the paperwork, and lets get you on one of our bikes!" Meanwhile, Devin -standing behind Daniel- looks apologetic and shakes his head, knowing I'd been told I could test their used bikes without going through this BS. I clarify with Daniel that I meant their *used* bikes, and he looked at me and said, "since we don't have any way to verify that you won't, you know, drop or damage the bike, we can't let you test drive ANY bike without that information to hold you accountable." Now, I've been given the run around on the price after incessant calls and talking to both Daniel + Devin. I've wasted time I could've spent working to visit their dealer because of the misleading info I'd been told. And to put the final nail in the coffin, Daniel smiled at me and said I'd need 10 years of experience before he let me on their bikes. Every reason I'd had to visit their location was pissed away right there. I might add, throughout the interaction with Daniel, there was consistent pressure to put down a $500 non-refundable deposit, and was repeatedly told he was unwilling to make any deal on other bikes (e.g., Ninja 500). Devin was fine, and honestly a very friendly guy. I get the feeling it was Daniel's decision to not let me test ride, as well as screwing me around with the price. He did a spectacular job at communicating everything that you could hope for clearly and honestly when making the a decision to buy a bike. The reason they're getting a 1 star review is because after the sale was complete I decided to buy a helmet and a intercom system. It was minutes until closing time and everything was quite rushed, which is my fault, I shouldn't have allowed myself to feel rushed and in hindsight should not have bought anything. Regardless, the combination of helmet/comm system sold to me, though manufactured by the same company, did not function together. Fact is, the indention in the helmet where the speakers are supposed to sit are not even round (shown in the image) causing the speakers to stab into your ears rather painfully because they could not fit into the slot. I reached out to return both items, and after explaining the issue I was having with the unused equipment I was informed that they would only accept a return of the intercom system but not the helmet, even though the bike that I purchased is still on lot and they know it has not been used aside from removing the cheek pads to place the headphones. I'm severely disappointed in the fact that they were not verbally clear that they had a no return policy on certain items purchased, this would have been an immediate red flag to not buy it (which I assume is why it was not mentioned). The helmet is a $320 paper weight at this point. I do not advise that purchase any gear from them whatsoever. Go over to Cycle Gear that is about 6 miles south and purchase all of your gear from them - they have a much larger selection and their customer service is AMAZING. I'm sure this review is going to make for an awkward time picking up the bike on Saturday but I did tell them that it was coming. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Grapevine Powersports. As a rental business owner, I depend on having all of my Polaris slingshots available to rent to customers. Unfortunately, Grapevine Powersports has repeatedly caused me to lose revenue and put my small business in jeopardy. I have spent over $400,000 with Polaris in recent years and purchased most of my vehicles from Grapevine Powersports. I do hundreds of rentals a year, which has resulted in a lot of purchases by our customers from Polaris. Despite being a loyal customer, Grapevine Powersports has shown a complete disregard for the needs of my business. I have had to send multiple slingshots for service and repairs, and the complete lack of regard for timely repairs is astounding! CARL litterally told me that I don't do real business with them, I just do waranty work. One of my slingshots has been at Grapevine Powersports for over 8 months, and another one was returned after being at the dealership for over six months, only to experience the same issue again. This negligence is costing me thousands of dollars in lost revenue, and the extended time in the shop is causing my two-year warranty to basically be use less. As a result, I am left with multiple unusable vehicles that I am still making monthly payments on. I would not recommend Grapevine Powersports to anyone in the market for a Polaris vehicle, and I urge Polaris to get it together. Overall, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of consideration and care shown to me as a customer. The impact of Grapevine Powersports' actions goes far beyond just the inconvenience of having my vehicles in the shop for an extended period. They are putting my livelihood at risk, and that is completely unacceptable. If they treat me like this after spending 100s of 1000s of Dollars with them, how are they going to treat the average joe that buys one vehicle? I recently bought a Kawasaki Mule from Grapevine Powersports. The process was frustrating, disappointing and I was deceived financially by Sabre the financial manager. Getting a hold of my sales person was difficult and I had to send back his quote seven times, because it was inaccurate, before they got me an accurate quote. The salesman did not go over any information about my new vehicle at the time of delivery yet signed off that he had gone over an extensive checklist of items for new owners. When I was paying for the vehicle, I told Sabre, the finance manager, that I did not want the pre-paid maintenance program. Sabra went into a long explanation about how the maintenance program was going to be significantly less expensive than paying for the maintenance visits individually. Sabre showed me cost breakdowns of both options. Based on Sabre's numbers I bought the PPM This week I had my first maintenance at a different dealership and realized that the numbers Sabre showed me were deceptive and not accurate. The cost of the maintenance was 25% what she told me it was gonna be. When I called to talk to Sabra about this issue, she told me that she gets bonused for selling the prepaid maintenance contracts. Sabra was looking out for her own interest and not the interest of her customers. Sibert was willing to compromise her integrity for an extra dollar. We never felt rushed, and for any questions we had Gary would always answer them and if he was unsure about something would find the answer right away. I have been buying bikes from this dealership since two locations ago, and have always been treated very well. I have been riding on the street for like fifty years now and have owned all sorts of motorcycles both big and small. I just love riding, anything from full out new street racing bikes to cheap two hundred dollar garage finds. Recently something caught my eye as I was doing my daily searching bikes for sale near me. I was browsing through Grapevine Powersports website and they had something new on their lot, just love seeing something new to me on the market. It's was Chinese brand by the name of CF Moto, now I have seen their ATV and side by side stuff before and was pretty surprised by how well the fit and finish was, but this was CF Moto motorcycles. From looking at the pictures and the prices they seemed a bit too hard to believe and we all know what is said about that sort of thing, there must be a catch somehow. So I get on up to the dealership to put hands on one of these things and the bug bit me instantly, I need to check these bikes out further. So I did a little online studying and did not find too much negative being said about any of the models they had on the showroom floor. Due to my age and abuse on my body recently for the last year I have been off of two wheels and had to ride a three wheel configuration (Ryker Rally). I needed a super light clutch pull in order for me to even consider going back to my love of two wheels again and that's exactly what I was finding with like all but two of the CF Moto models they had at the dealership. So I did a little more tire kicking and decided the 650NK was what I needed to be riding, although I must admit the 450SS was hard not to love. I am not a big fan of the inline twin engine and really didn't expect much of the 650NK, especially at the low price point of these bikes. I was truly amazed how just how well the 650NK rode and handled. Now it's not a blazing rocket off the line but for a 649cc engine it holds it's own once you get it going . The handling so far has been very stable and predictable, brakes are great and have smooth bite to them. I haven't tore up any really tight curves yet, but I am pretty sure it will do just fine. The suspension all though lacking in adjustability is nice and firm as if it was set up for pushing pretty hard on some twisty roads. Now for a little about this dealership where I purchased my new 2022 CF Moto 650NK. I think my first sentence of this review says it all. I have purchased like a couple of dozen used and new bikes from them over the many years that I have lived in this part of Texas. They always have a great crew, right from the sales staff, service personnel, finance writers, and management to the people who clean up at night, everyone here seems to truly like their jobs. Dealing with people who enjoy what they do for a living is a very hard thing to find in todays world in any line of business. Do not take my word for any of this, do yourself a big favor and go and just hang out there for awhile and you will see just what I am talking about. There is a completely no pressure environment there, just people there to help you. If you are in the market for something they can help you with that, if your just there to check things out that is okay too. I like to drop by just to see what there is to see now and then, it keeps me dreaming and riding. read more

A week later the Finance Manager called and told me the loan company thought it was a new bike and the interest rate went way up, Told them I would bring the bike back and ride my trade bike home. She told me they would get a new loan. The new loan was the same interest rate. I went there signed all the new paper work and left. On May 10, 2021 the loan company called me telling me Grapevine Powersports sent the papers late. My first payment was due May 8, 2021. Lucky the loan company did not charge late charges. I am now trying to get my license plates. I talked to the Finance Manager and she said, I will call you right back. Never called back! This place has major management problems. In the last few months, my parents bought a Mule and Teryx for their land. Today, I went to this store with my 70 y/o mother to get a small rubber part for the Teryx. When we walked toward the Parts Department, an employee named Tanner yelled at my mother that the part was in the Teryx when it left the store. No hello, how you doing. No one in the store ran interference or apologized for Tanner's abuse. There was no reason for his abuse and it was difficult to watch. However, my mother is a tough lady with two knee replacements and a hip replaced and a cancer survivor. So, she preferred to ignore Tanner's abuse and spoke with a nice lady named Kim in Parts. Kim was kind and patient with my mother. Tanner didn't let up, like a spoiled brat, he kept verbally abusing my mother and ignored my efforts to get him to stop. We left the store and my mother said that Tanner sold her the Teryx and was being a jerk. She let his abuse slide, but I thought I should at least write this review. This store has a management problem because management lets employees abuse its customers. Also, I noticed this store never responded to any of the other negative Yelp reviews. So, I will be writing Kawasaki to let it know about the abuse going on at this retailer/distributor. Maybe this store management will respond to an inquiry from Kawasaki, or maybe not. Stay away! They kept two of my motorcycles from Dec. 31, 2016 to March 30, 2017 for basic repairs (oil change, chain lube, carb clean). The work they said they had done on the bikes was not done. I had to hire a mechanic to come to my house and do the work properly. The techs at Grapevine Powersports actually returned my SV-650 with the seat bolts unscrewed and the bike would not run. After three months!? During the three months they kept my bikes, I called them AND visited them in person multiple times to check the status. They consistently promised to call me back that day or the following day with a status update, and never did. It wasn't until March 28, 2017 that I got my first phone call from them, from their new service manager Kim. She said they were going to get carb kits for my SV-650 and get the carbs cleaned out, as a courtesy for keeping the bikes so long. When I received the bikes two days later on March 30th, the work on the carbs had not been done, as confirmed when my NEW mechanic opened up the bike and we looked inside to find the carbs hadn't been touched and were still dirty. read more

i recently took my 2017 polaris slingshot in for a service because of a power draw on my battery which did not allow my bike to start. when i was contacted by service they told me that my halo lights was the draw on my Battery, and that i needed a new battery, which i had already bought a week prior. After they diagnosed the issue a put a new battery on my bike it cost me over 400.00 dollars. i thought problem solved. three to four weeks later my bike again is not starting due to some issue dealing with the battery. again i bought it to them and explained this issue. i was told that they would not charge me a diagnostic fee, and would check to see what the issue was. i was told that i must have left my radio on, which i did not. when i came in to pick up my bike on Sept 5th they charged me another diagnostic fee. Obviously im furious because they lied to me, and now im being told i may need another battery . i have my paperwork if anyone needs to see it, but i would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Integrity here is very poor, they seem to not know what they are doing . I purchased my bike from this place and have mostly factory parts on it that slingshot recomends or sells. i will never come here again, and will encourage all that are on the slingshot forum to do like wise. It's sad that when I walked in I overheard a manager and an employee talking about an employee and how she needed something, and it was nothing but negative comments and very unprofessional. This is an updated review of Grapevine Kawasaki Polaris. I have a 2015 Polaris Ace 570 that I had the misfortune to buy from these people. My first review was critical of the fit and finish of the vehicle and the fact that it was delivered to me dirty, it had been outside in front of their store and no attempt was made to clean it. Dirt, dust, leaves and other debris plus the added bird droppings on the seat. Did I mention it was missing the drivers side door webbing? Pure sloth in make ready and a lack of management. Four times I ordered parts or accessories and received the wrong part. They did get the right part in, only costing me four 70 mile round trips to exchange bad for good. I had another dealer install the new wheels I bought from them for less than half the price Grapevine quoted me. I bought a $1000.00 extended warranty from them when I signed up. It covers squat. Battery bit the dust, of course not covered and when I tried to jump start it nothing. Called them and was told I probably blew the ECM when I tried to jump start it. They told me to bring it in and they would check it out. My response was:"how the eff do I get it up the effing ramps into the effing truck to effing get it to you?..Silence. A woman, passed off as the service manager came on line and offered to pick it up and get the thing diagnosed. I asked if this ECM thing was covered by my $1000.00 warranty and of course it's not. I have worked out the issues on my own, if the repairs I pay someone other than them do not work I will call the finance company and tell them to pick it up. No loss to me as I can't stand the sight of it anymore. This place advertises new owners and improved service. I can not imagine how bad things were if this is better service. We purchased a Mule from them and the service to take it in for an oil change was the worst ever. We asked to check the belt and do an oil change. After the service they called with a $1200 bill changing the battery and all filters. They never called to let us know about anything additional. After 6 hours of use we were stranded on 2500 acres 3 miles away from Anyone due to a shredded belt they supposedly checked. The oil is full of grit as the dip stick is corroded and that was not changed. I would never use this service if you want it done right! I just purchased a new Kawasaki Z900rs Cafe from Erin (owner) and have nothing but great things to say. Every time I go in there they know your name, ask to help and when I have ordered some parts online they installed them with no hassles. The new facility is beautiful with more choices as a consumer. Brought the bike in for inspection sticker and it was easy. Erin said he has some new process improvements and some new faces to step up the service level. After checking parts on their online store I wrote down the parts numbers and headed over. I stood around for a few minutes while one guy was on the phone, the other guy was doing something on the computer. The guy in the computer never addressed me or asked me to hold on. I wish I would have had a timer! I finally interrupted. He rung me up and the prices were higher. He explained that they don't update their online system, but would honor the prices. Take your prices off the internet if you don't updated them. Got the parts in and he had ordered one wrong. I didn't say anything , just a $3 item. Not a big deal. Same time I was getting a tire change. They couldn't help me at the desk( very close to service). I guess they could see I was frustrated that I had to walk 5ft to the service office. A guy stepped in and said he would take care of me there. Geez wiz people, get it together. Went to have another tire changed(off the bike). They told me it was $35 +$3 for disposal. That's the most expensive tire change I have ever paid for. She did lower it to 31 total to match last time( I didn't realize I paid so much last time). I asked if that was the correct price. She politely told me it was and there were other shops options if I didn't like the prices. She's absolutely right. I work by this shop so it makes it easy to get things done when I need something in a hurry. With the recent events I see no reason to ever go here again, even if I do have to have something that day. That includes the lack of selection on the floor. read more

i bought a 2017 fz09 off them 2 months ago put 3k miles on it and have done nothing to it but ride it and change the oil once and out of nowhere the bike started acting up and won't rev past 9k rpm the quick shifter doesn't work and the taillight does not work the abs module does not work and the speedometer says i'm going 100 when i'm going 70. anyway don't buy from them. read more

Only dealer in the area that doesnt allow short test rides. Also sales guy didnt know much about the KLR even after he checked. As a returning cash customer from the previous owner I was disappointed this was how they did business. Manager was of no help. Stay away. read more
