I have been here a few times for fingerprints rolling. Each time has been smooth, no issue. Today I was waiting in line, and I witnessed what could've become a very ugly exchange between customer and employee based on pricing. The store owner stepped in & really handle the entire thing so well that I had to acknowledge it with the store owner myself. I came in expecting to do flat rate, but Varsha was extremely friendly and helpful and helped me choose an even cheaper line that would be just as good and still came with tracking, but was cheaper! Going to Parkway Postal to ship a package is much more convenient than going to USPS, especially convenient since they are open after 5! read more

I went here for a LiveScan. The lady who did my fingerprints was very nice and reassuring, but the scan was never received by DOJ despite Parkway Postal showing "Completed" on their end. Something didn't add up, nor could they provide a reasonable answer. The worst part was going back to ask for a confirmation receipt of completion. There'a a younger 20-30 year old man there who was incredibly rude and talked down to me like I was idiot for even asking, saying things like "if you read, you'll see that... etc.". He said these things with a smirk on his face the whole time while barely looking me in the eye. When I asked for some kind of confirmation, he said he was unable to do that. I even asked ChatGPT and the local police department if this made any sense, and they said this was a failed LiveScan and perhaps even a scam. I was essentially forced to go elsewhere, which was successful and done within 2 days. Don't go here for a LiveScan. Using their 'service' severally delayed my hiring and caused such a headache. They did not refund my $70 despite the failed scan. ChatGPT warned me that this kind of place exposes risk if they can't provide receipt of completion. read more

I removed a review because they promised to remove the counterfeit Ryze coffee. I told them I lived in Hawaii but was coming to Loma Linda for cancer treatment and would stop by to make sure they kept their promise. Upon entering I noticed they still had a large display of the counterfeit coffee. They lied to me and are selling people God knows what. I was taking Ryze coffee to aid in my fight against cancer. Them selling g this bogus garbage as real is very evil. Do not trust these people. read more

I've been to the notary several times for my self-translated document, but the notary (V. M. Triuedu, an Indian woman) always had trouble understanding what I needed and even provided the wrong statement. The notary statement should have been an "All-Purpose Acknowledgment" since I needed the notary to certify that the translated document was prepared by me. Instead, she gave me a photocopy certification, which is completely unnecessary for my situation. Very unprofessional, and her poor English skills made the process even more frustrating. read more
