My mother passed away and I needed programs for the memorial service. Fortunately, I didn't need them last minute, so when Hector told me it would be a week (because they were very busy), I agreed. I gave Hector a printout of what I needed and he priced it out for me. Color on one side and B/W on the other (prices differ from color and b/w). I went home and a while later, Hector emailed me and asked for my file for the program. I sent him a PDF and that worked great! The next day he said it would be available for pick on the following day, four days sooner than anticipated! The whole transaction from start to finish went smoothly. The programs were beautiful, far better than if I printed them myself on our home printer. The price is competitive (lower) to Staples. Hector was friendly and very helpful. I'm definitely going back for any large jobs I need printed. (Side note: I went to the Little Copy Shop a few years ago [pre-pandemic] and needed color copies that needed folding. I give two stars because the guy who handed me the paper was nice and the person whom I called was very helpful. The quality of the print would be two stars as well. Faded out quality yet crisp graphics. The color looks so eh. The cost is crazy.. I printed out 11x17 on cardstock, and usually for this it would be around 70 cents at cal poly Pomona with better quality glossy paper, but the guy on the phone said it would be 70 cents, 12 more for cardstock. It Came out to 1.12 cents :( When I came in to pick up my print, the man working at the front desk was all confused when I said I came to pick up the print. He was like, did you call?
