I had reached out and spoke with the owner, Brett , easily we got everything in motion from there. I brought in the actual sweater when I received it and came by the store to drop off the info of what I wanted on the sweater. I did not get the the female that was working the front but she was very friendly with helping me on the sizing and placement of the dogs face and name for the sleeve. Overall, everything was speedy,efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. It's hard to find a place that will do one piece item, a lot of places I reached out to required a minimum __ pieces and up . They had so much cool items that I spent probably over an hour looking through all the bins. haha. I found some great things for such a steal! Got myself a new curling iron, brand new microwave for my mother in law (yes, I went home & tested out and everything) and it works! Retail would've cost me $80+. I got some brand name clothes, and a few other items that would've cost me about $20-$40 in store. Since I went on a Friday, everything is $12! They had baby strollers, car seats, tools. Since I got there a little after 10am, (I still found some awesome stuff) Highly recommend coming earlier because they had a ton of great stuff. But like I said, I still got some good items even coming after 10am. The prices drops daily as well, EVERY Wednesday EVERYTHING is $1!! Where can you buy something for $1 nowadays?!?
