It was a surprise to find such a wide selection. I started looking around and was definitely lost, so I was glad when an employee asked if I needed help. She knew exactly where to find fabric with indigenous patterns. It was colorful and beautiful quality. I ended up buying a kit as well. I have ordered shirts from them in the past and they have been great. I recently ordered two…read moreidentical shirts and a sweatshirt from this company, but when I picked up my order, I had three identical shirts and no sweatshirt. The program I bought the items through said there was nothing they could do so I would have to call Oklahoma Ink. I did just that. The customer service person said they already closed out the order in their accounting department on the program's order. I would have to either sell the extra shirt to someone or simply keep it because I was NOT getting a refund nor the sweatshirt I had originally ordered. The customer service person went on to say I should have checked my confirmation email or the program should have checked their receipts. However, I never received any such email. I would have never let this slip past me. And how would the program know there was something wrong with my order if even I did not know something was wrong? I do not know if my order was changed without my permission or what but my order was printed incorrectly. I thought they would work with me and my situation since they seem to be very accommodating when it comes to customer service!

It's big and bright inside and has an amazing selection of charts, fabric and threads. The shop features an enormous display of Mill Hill kits and models, and a large amount of Just Nan and Fern Ridge. There are large and small sampler models, and an extensive selection of charts from both well known and newer designers. I especially enjoyed the models for a type of needlework called knotwork and I found some older Prairie Schooler charts with original prices. The shop was busy and is apparently short staffed currently with the combination of online and phone orders and running the store, but I was greeted warmly and promptly. Definitely worth a visit!
