Instead, I am getting additional bills of $80 per visit bringing the total to $210 per visit (a 62% increase compared to the quoted price). I decided to call as a new patient and get a cash (no insurance) quote just to find out cash appointments are only $99 a visit. So, they charge 112% more ($210 per visit as compared to $99 per visit) if you have insurance?!? They did not provide a cash price quote in my initial consultation. Do not use them!!! You will end up spending thousands of dollars more than what they quote you!!!!!

He treats me kind and respectfully…read more He genuinely cares and has worked to find ways to help me improve several areas where I struggle with pain due to autoimmune arthritis. Just by taping my knees a certain way (which he showed me so I could do at home myself) greatly reduced knee pain I have experienced for many years. I had been to P.T. at other places two previous times for my knees and no one had ever taped them. In addition, with therapy during my appointments and prescribed exercises that I do at home, the pain in my back and hips decreased so much that I was able to cancel my appointment for injections at the pain clinic. This was after many attempts for relief, including aqua therapy and PT at other places, and two years of getting injections every few months! There is a good atmosphere at Great Lakes Physical Therapy with the entire staff. If you want someone who will really work with you to help problem solve areas where you have pain, I highly recommend Randy.
