Down the road his dad missed 2 appointments and I rescheduled one to get a letter in the mail that the boys can't be seen there again. Lack of compassion and empathy unfortunately. Administration is TERRIBLE, waiting time for simple referrals is WEEKS, unless you call and MAKE them do their job. NO DOCTOR is better than a a BAD DOCTOR , atleast with NO doctor you arent under the ILLUSION you have a health care provider. ANY OTHER PLACE IS BETTER!

I have a science based education and have seen a wide range of Doctors in the past. They are a one stop shop for you families health needs. The people that work there are friendly. Those I have encountered are knowledgeable and if they don't know they will find out. The Muskegon area is lucky to have a safe place to go to find a caring medical facility that takes in to account the ideal that health care is more then just administering meds and telling you to turn your head and cough. It is far from just a clinic because they are complete bridges to wellness facility and concerned with the diverse causes and concerns that their patience have. I don't write allot of reviews but this is one I truly believe in. Thank You! MFC! Keep it up!

Like I get it, im not the most fit, but when I come in with a swollen testicle and two weeks of excruciating pain because there are no openings, just to be told your "fine" and to loose weight, its hard to see an upside to it. Want a new doctor? Too bad. I tried switching pcp to a new one in the office and the front desk was rude and said I had to just deal with it or find a new office. Do yourself a favor, and just avoide this office. The only people leaving good reviews are old people that are used to being treated like crap by their doctors.

My 20 daughter went in for her annual physical and vacinations that she set up the previous year in advance. They took her card ran it and gave her great service until the bills started coming in the mail. No! i went right there. They said that is odd. Well, after the run arround they finely just decided to say well Dr. doesn't accept Priorty Health Spectrum and said the patient should of researched before her appointment. Well returning client? So before you go to the Doctor you better make sure they still take your insurance because they apparently do not know in house what they accept day to day. So, back at college no Doctor to call while sick They want to know how she wants to pay. Well what part of 0 income college student. Well she can make payments. Super, she will graduate in 2021 and then hopefully be employed right away then she can start paying you for your clerical error nobody will own up to. So sad all about your account number and money$$$ forgot she was a patient and is a human and does have insurance that is paid a high montly premium on. Sad sad sad love the doctors but obviously all about $$& and not the person. In the mean time, her twin sister is holding off seeing her Doctor there in fear of same issue. So, I hate to say after a great Doctor patient relationship we have to start all over Doctor shopping. We brought our 3 year old boy here for his first wellness check-up with this group. The entire…read moreexperience was pleasant. They have a phone check-in process to limit crowding in the office lobby and then got us right in from there. The nurse was totally kiddo friendly and had a great bed-side manner. Dr. Mark Weirich, an MD, was also really kid oriented and pleasant to deal with. The office was clean and bright, and our little one loved their fish tank.
